The staff was very helpful throughout my stay at the hotel. I ordered an airport pick-up from the hotel, and I’m so glad I did. The driver was at the airport right when I landed. The room was very clean and the AC was very reliable and a great break from the heat. The old quarter and French quarter are within walking distance, and it’s super easy to get a grab driver from the hotel. I was very happy with my stay here.

To be fair, room that I was offered was sort of small. The bathroom's door got no lock. It's a bit further than I expected.

Very convenient place to stay as very close and walkable distance from Hanoi Station. We just stayed here for the night after our trip back from Sapa. Close to Old Quarter. Room was comfy and clean. Very happy with our stay.

The extra blanket was not clean and there were some hairs here and there. In general okay. Would recommend to pay more for another hotel. But just for sleeping good.

We are so disappointed in this hotel . They are doing constructions / renovation , so loud and the room are really vibrating and cleanliness is not well done . And much more annoying are the service slippers are both right , not partners, it is dirty and you feel itchy when you used it !
The good things is the location ,near almost all the tourist spots , specially the train street.
