What a place

Great ambience, good service especially Minh Han! Nhi Nguyen was nice when servicing us. Chi was 很好，人善良 overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend

Great place to stay at Hanoi

Excellent stay! The service here is top-notch, largely thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. A special shoutout to the reception team—Nhi, Han, and Chi—who were all wonderful, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

The receptionist supervisor, Minh Han at The Five Suites Lilas was incredibly professional and welcoming. Her helpful attitude and warm smile made my stay truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

The Five Suites Lilas Hanoi was an absolute standout. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The suites are spacious, spotless, and beautifully styled with a perfect balance of modern comfort and boutique charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room felt like a quiet sanctuary after a busy day in Hanoi.
What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome without ever being intrusive. Every interaction felt sincere and professional, and their local recommendations were spot-on.
The location is ideal—peaceful and refined, yet still close enough to easily explore the city. It’s the perfect place if you want to experience Hanoi while also having a relaxing, high-end retreat to come back to.
