Great
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and couldn’t fault the experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
A special mention to Kai, who provided exceptional concierge service. Ky was incredibly helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, and made everything so easy for us during our stay.
We’d also like to give a big shout-out to Eddie for his fantastic cocktails. Eddie was not only great at what he does, but also made the experience at the bar even more enjoyable.
Overall, a wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Hotel
Our stay at the Meliá Hai Phong was spectacular. From the moment we checked in , we were enveloped in absolute luxury and sophistication.Melia HaiPhong is pristine, modern, and exceptionally clean, with every detail meticulously maintained.The service here ií very friendly, but what made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the Hotel Manager, Mr CoDy Thien. He goes above and beyond to personally ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. His passion for excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction set a benchmark for luxury service.

A Good Choice for a Stay in Hai Phong
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered good value for the price The hotel also has a well-equipped gym with a wide variety of machines, which was great for maintaining my workout routine. The swimming pool was clean, spacious, and enjoyable as well. However, I did notice a few stains on the bed, which was a little disappointing. It wasn’t a major issue, but I believe paying more attention to these small details would make the guest experience even better. If I have the opportunity to visit Hai Phong again, I would be happy to stay at this hotel once more
