BAD SERVICE
The Cleaners didn't check for the check-in list. They tried to come into my room naturally twice just after my check-in time 1 hour to clean the room. And not only my room but also my friends' room (She placed Do not disturb card outside). Right after that we called for receptionist, they told me would check for that but nothing happened then.
I didn't receive any apologies until we went down to ask.
Not stopping from that, my friend told me she heard their cleaners talking bad behind guest's back when she was at the basement.
So I dont think I'll come back this hotel at anytime. I feel like they run their business as a family scale so they dont even care about the service.
