Exceptional Hotel
We have stayed at many hotels over the decades and I can say that this hotel is simply the best we have ever been to. From the moment we arrived we were thoroughly pampered and looked after like VIP’s thanks to the wonderful team of people, who were genuinely welcoming and so very caring.
Our room was superb, lots of wonderful personal touches. Spotlessly cleaned and very comfortable. The various restaurants catered for everyone’s tastes.
The location is 2 hours from Danang but that was what we wanted completely peace and quiet. It’s also easy to do day trips.
You are assigned a villa host, almost like a personal assistant . Who will organise anything you need, activities, excursions, golf. My husband loved the golf course. Our room host Jade, meticulously looked after our every need, we really loved this girl - so Banyan Tree management, please make sure you praise his young lady. Man as well was really good, and shout out to My in Azura restaurant who was excellent.
You can take bikes or a golf cart around the resort - great fun.
We are already planning to return next year!

This really was an unbelievably good stay. The resort is amazing and the staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast options are epic
We stayed at a beach villa which was beautiful. In fact, we practically lived in it for the time that we were there
The only downside is that it is isolated so you are only able to visit this resort and its sister resort. There are no restaurants nearby or shops

Just when you thought all those amazing reviews couldn’t be possible….
Finished a four day stint at Banyan Tree. Can’t believe, after reading what appears to be unrealistic reviews before arriving, we are another advocate for this great resort. Everything shines, but the stand out are the staff. From the trainee Ha in the Gallery Bar on our first night who spent quality time with us to have real conversations and make sure we are happy. To Ty and the Vietnamese Coffee Ceremony. If that wasn’t amazing enough, he noted our enjoyment of excellent Ginger Tea that we’d had in Hue the day before. He reappears 90 minutes later, with his version because he wanted to try to make it and test with us. He had no idea we’d be in our room. To finally our concierges Man and Jennie. Man was our Main Man though, it made everything so personal and entirely customized to our needs. Finally all the food is amazing, breakfasts are INSANELY good (all those reviews of best breakfast ever, may well be right), and get to Saffron if you can. Excellent Thai food but it’s all the added detail around the food that makes one feel special. And it wasn’t even our anniversary. Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.

My wife and I had a very relaxing week at Banyan Tree.
We had the lagoon room which was quiet and comfortable.
Buffet breakfasts were well represented.
The choices of restaurants made it easy to dine somewhere different each night.
Man and Jennie our hosts were very helpful and made our stay that much easier. Thanks guys!!

Luxury in every sense
What a fantastic hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay, which was a 5-star stay in every sense: the room / villa, the restaurants, the location of the resort, the drinks, the service, the beach…. I could go on and on! It was the ultimate relaxation amidst the sounds of nature - heaven. Our stay was made significantly better and smoother thanks to our unbelievably helpful, friendly and accommodating host - Jade! She has the incredible ability of knowing what you need before you ask for it. Thank you, Jade and thank you to the team at Banyan Tree Lang Co!
