Lovely views but busy
Booked 2 chalets and they were welcoming
Liked the space the views the pool
Reception staff very helpful and friendly
Great massage at the spa
Less good:
- I was surprised that my room wasn’t cleaned and after I had a shampoo my hair was all over the bathroom after the cleaners had made up the room!
- The light bulb in the bathroom was not working
- Very hectic all day as people come through the hotel to climb Mount Hua
