A lovely stay in the countryside, great old pub, a bit quirky. Really good breakfast, friendly staff, all round a good find.

Lovely room with great staff. Walked to other pub for Sunday roast which was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing . Would stay again

Lovely location; service terrible.

Lovely location, with fabulous ambience. Unfortunately, it was too busy for the staff available and we had to wait over an hour for a simple menu - no apology or explanation. All that was required was 'Sorry about the delay, here are a few olives and a glass of wine on us', and all would have been forgiven.
As it was, typical British 'take it or leave it' approach. Great shame, as we were with a very ill friend who was returning a favour; he was embarrassed.

Great Pub.

Amazing pub with great food and atmosphere. You will not be disappointed. Great see staff and service. Not much more to say to get to 100 letters!

Nice room. Excellent food. Plenty of parking. The only problem we had was that the WiFi didn’t reach to the bedroom. It worked fine in the restaurant.
