We received a lovely warm welcome. Lovely hotel. Nice location close to the beach. Lovely comfortable rooms with small en suite bathroom. Big plus for me was the kettle with plenty of tea, coffee and milk in the room. Will definitely book again when coming to Devon.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Amazing hospitality. Our room was small but very clean. We boths slept well too.
Breakfast was very good. I had continental with fresh seasonal fruit. My husband had full English breakfest and it was nice too.
Very nice coffe.
Overall we enjoyed our stay

Does what it says on the tin

Basic. Clean and tidy. Nice Breakfast included. Stayed out of season so didn’t get to use the pool.
Only dislike was that we were charged a lot more because we used a booking site. Obviously considerably cheaper to book direct.

Fab welcome and room very clean

I had to change check-in time several times - owners patient, welcoming & helpful. Room & en suite absolutely spotless.
