Another wonderful stay!

This was our third stay at Breakers and we had another wonderful four nights away in room 6 again which is a large king size room with balcony overlooking the promenade.
Mark and Christine are wonderful hosts, so very warm and welcoming.
The location suits us perfectly being at the very start of the promenade at Pevensay bay end. It’s a lovely walk to the other end and back.
The whole property is immaculate and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is the highest of quality and presented beautifully! We don’t know how Christine manages to get each plate identically served every morning ! Having a small fridge in the room is a lovely touch too.
We are already looking forward to our next stay! Such a wonderful find. It feels like home.

This is the second year running we have stayed at Breakers and the service and overall cleanliness of the place was amazing. Great choice of breakfast clean and comfortable rooms we stayed in room 6 with a lovely balcony and Seaview. Close to all amenities.

Lovely Breakers

The Breakers really is the best. Friendly, welcoming, very comfortable, lovely breakfast and perfectly situated. Also, literally, absolutely spotless. Very highly recommended, we have stayed multiple times.

Perfect Accomodations

We booked the place out in full for a two night stay when attending a family wedding at the end of May.
The guest house is immaculate throughout, well presented, spotlessly clean with fresh and well maintained décor. The rooms were sizeable and comfortable, with a range of rooms to suit the extended family needs, and the beachfront room of the 1st floor was huge and lovely.
The husband and wife team made our stay a pleasure, breakfast was delicious and top notch, service with a smile and nothing was ever too much.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in the area and it's location right on the seafront promenade means there is plenty to enjoy and see right on the doorstep if you are their for a break or holiday.

Another great Stay

Have been to this lovely b&b a few times. Its really lovely and Mark and Chris are really good hosts
We ask for room 6, which is lovely
The breakfast is really good and cooked to perfection
It's in a good position, ideal walking to pier and town
Will definitely return to this lovely B&B
