Think American horror story but in a good way!
We had the whole floor and it slept 30, there was loads of space just cold ...but as we went in October not alot we could do about that just make sure you take thermal pj's ....
Ian and his staff could not have been more helpful....helping with shopping and suit cases ...always checking if we needed anything.
If you like normal and plenty of creature comforts them this place is not for you...
If you fancy something totally different and up for a laugh with your mates then go here!
Also in a prime location and stunning views of Edinburgh castle

Terrible Owner and average apartments
It's pot luck what kind of "apartment" you will get and I think it mostly depends on what kind of mood Ian Scott is in. I caught him on a very bad Saturday afternoon when he told me he didn't care what I had to say, he wasn't giving me the apartment he had previously agreed on, he was rude, arrogant and getting angry. But then if Ian Scott is in a good mood, he can pretend to be the most helpful man alive- but he will very rarely live up to his promises.
The morning of our trip, he emailed me with another apartment change-giving me the reason that the owner had got a better offer. Ian Scott is the owner, although he made it seem like a third parties mistake.
The apartment itself was just a floor of a hostel, Ian had mentioned when showing us round only we had access to this floor and no one else. This was not correct, we had several hostel guests open our front door with their own key card and use of our fridge
We had 3 showers, one of which didn't work.
The apartment was clean and we didn't see any other faults with it bar those mentioned. Although we did not pay the full price for the apartment. I would consider it definitely not worth it if we had paid £2300 for it. We paid £1200 as we got Ian Scott on a good day when we complained about the service we were receiving.
I would never choose these apartments again and would not recommend them to anyone, the hassle you have to go through to get the apartments is terrible and if you are paying full price- not worth it.

Great Stag Party Apartment!!
Once we'd arrived, they provided us with towels for the inconvenience of being moved, as well a boombox to play some music on (a nice and unexpected touch!!). The apartment had a decent selection of cutlery, plates, glasses etc in the kitchen, as well as pots and pans, and they even provided us with some mixers for our stay.
Each room had the number of single beds promised, and each room was also locked when shut, opened only with a key card - some guys had valuables they wanted to lock away, so this was perfect.
Showers were a bit light on pressure when all 3 in the apt were being used at once, but our apt was at the top of 5 flights of stairs, so I guess it's to be expected. All bathrooms were roomy and clean, much better than we were expecting or had experienced in other places on stag dos.
All in all, the location was perfect, the apartment itself was safe, secure, big and clean enough for a group of 25 lads staying for 2 nights.
For anyone stag dos staying at the queensferry st apartment in the future - there's a sainsbury's round the corner to the right, get booze from there rather than oddballs. Lulus on George St is a good night out (2 min walk) and the old town isn't far either (15 min walk) - they say check out is 10, although the guys I dealt with said we could take out time as it was bank hold Monday. There's a Maccys about 30 seconds away, so if you can get there for 10.30, your weekend is made.
