Good location

The Location is perfect for couples visit. An i am amazed by the atmosphere, rooms were clean and neat.

Was much much better what last time they got new carpet what make rooms looks much cleaner but they still need to approve cleaning sides off the room ( bathroom doors was dirty and will take cleaner last like 5 minutes to clean and kettle was dirty specially on the white u can see everything ) a part of that was good is nice to see places getting better many thanks 👍👍

I was there for 6 nights and my room was never cleaned once. Ran out of toilet paper and everything else

The room was ok but stains in places on the floor. We got there and had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Then we were told the WiFi was down which I think was poor communication as it's been down for weeks and no communication with me prior to is turning up. I just felt that it is run down and staff in the evening didn't care less also don't get caught out with parking if you didn't book direct as there is a charge

Ok where to start I have given it a 2 star rating because. 1. Had to pay for parking and it started when booking free parking, so go careful when booking. 2 the WiFi is down and phone signel is rubbish. Room ok and not too bad it is clean. I would of liked a bit of notice that the WiFi was out and maybe some money back but I know that was not going to happen
