We interacted with several people on the staff and all were very helpful and friendly. We needed to use the underground to go to all of the major sites, but the neighborhood was quiet and safe and there were shops and pubs within an easy walk.

Good

We stayed here after attending a gig at Hyde Park.
We stayed in a downstairs large room which was okay for one night.
Unfortunately it was very hot in the room with only 1 fan to keep cool so sleeping was a struggle.
The bathroom and shower were clean and absolutely fine, the shower was nice in fact and plenty of towels on hand.
The staff were pleasent and helpful throughout.
You could hear the undeground train lightly in the room we were in but nothing that would disturb us.
The breakfast was continental and nice with plenty of choices.
If the temperature of the room was considered i think we would stay again.

Excellent check in. Room clean, bathroom clean , lovely view, very quiet. Close to local amenities and stores. Only gripe was no nonslip mat for shower.

Good for the price, nice staff and great location. But the room was not the most comfortable of sleeps. My bed seemed to be located on the wall right next to my neighbours bathroom as I was woke up a few times by loud plumbing and the noise of the extractor fan. Would suggest earbuds!

Simple but adequate. Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast each morning. Bathrooms were the best.
