Incredible. Never stayed in a better spot in London.

Incredible.
We rented the top floor apartment - three bedroom, four bathroom.
INCREDIBLE....did I say that?
The apartment was stunning. The views! The location!
The rooms are impeccably decorated.
Massive fully fitted kitchen with a washer/dryer. Massive living room. Dining table for ten!
Enormous rooftop patio with views that you'll want to weep over.
Quiet, lux, perfection.

5 bedrooms with superb view of Westminster

Loved our stay here at Sonder. Great location and amazing terrasse with view to Parlement, Big Ben and Westminster Abby. Walking distance to everything. 3 big bedrooms downstairs with bathrooms ensuite. Two bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom. Clean and nice design of the interior.

A Wonderful Stay at Sonder The arts council

I had a wonderful stay at Sonder The arts Council. The location is absolutely ideal, with close proximity to major attractions and easy access to public transport. Whenever I encountered any issues, the hotel staff were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Awful experience

Horrible company to deal with.
Do not expect the room you think you are booking to be anything like the one you actually get.
Luckily we booked on Airbnb so we were able to cancel and get a full refund when we saw that our room was nothing like the one we booked (the one in the pictures here)
They suddenly become unavailable to contact when you try and resolve the issue through Sonder and in fact tell you that they can't even get in touch with each other. Only the manager can sort it out, we were not allowed to talk to him and apparently he specified that we were not allowed to get the room we booked and shouldn't expect to. The flat we were given was 1/2 the size, at street level with people walking past and dark, with small windows.
Awful experience. Book here at your own risk.

BEWARE!! THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION!!! THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR AGREEMENTS!

Don't book here! ! ! THEY WILL CANCEL LAST MINUTE! ! We had been paid and booked for 2 weeks when they suddenly canceled our reservation saying we didn't book for a long enough stay.
However there was no minimum stay listed on the website for that room. (it was NOT an "extended stay room") Also, the website let us book for that long, calculated and charged the payment, etc...
My guess is that they got another request from someone else and it's a money grab.
And now they won't honor the agreement. POOR POOR business practice!
