A touch of Victorian Opulence, with great drinks.

What a wonderful way to catch the Eurostar, a great night’s sleep in a very quiet room, in a lovely soft bed and with a generous breakfast before beginning your trip. Loved this place, the terrace bar was welcoming and fun, as was the bar. The selections of drinks were detailed and quite interesting. We were warmly welcomed and while we explored the surrounding neighborhood, our bags were taken to our wonderful room. The meals available at the restaurant, were some of the best I have eaten in a hotel restaurant in a long time. Price was, it was expensive. But, for the quiet, quality of the place, well worth it. Next time we will make plans to stay here when we return on the Eurostar, it will be the perfect beginning and end of a European journey.

Fungal infection St Pancras hotel

Checked in Saint Pancras Hotel at 10 pm on the 23rd of April left at 5 am the following day after a six hour stay I was with a fungal infection starting in my head moving to my body. I’m now nine days into treatment with no sign of improvement. My colleague stayed in a separate room and in the morning said that the towels smelt of chemicals I’m sure this means that they are trying to treat some form of infestation in the rooms by the evening of that day I started to come out in a rash. Do not stay in this hotel. I’m now left with at least a month treatment.

Wonderful Stay.

An absolutely wonderful stay at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent, from the welcome we received from the staff on the door through to the fantastic service in the restaurant.
We were incredibly lucky to receive a room upgrade, which made our wedding anniversary celebration even more special. A huge thank you to the team for the kind gesture. The room was absolutely stunning and a perfect match for such an amazing and iconic building.
The whole experience was first class, with friendly, attentive staff who genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would have no hesitation in recommending the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. We will definitely be back!

A dreadful hotel

I had very high expectations when I booked this hotel for my wife’s 50th birthday.
When we arrived at your 11:30am in the morning we were welcomed. The reception staff member was very attentive - she took all of our details, assured us that our room would be ready and waiting for us when we returned at 9pm, and that the luggage we left with her would be in the room ready for us.
When we returned at 9pm the way we were treated by the staff was contemptible.
We were kept waiting for over 20 minutes without any explanation, other than being told no room was available. We were brought the wrong luggage which wasn’t in our room as requested. The member of staff did not speak an appropriate level in English. We were left with no alternative but to leave and find alternative accommodation, in London at 10pm on a Saturday night.
Since this, my complaint emails have been largely ignored.
