Very convenient location and perfect for our needs for an overnight stay. The staff was very helpful, no issues with parking, the rooms were clean. Overall, very good experience.

If you want to smell of marijuana before a holiday then come here.
Car park spaces are really tight, be very careful where you park, otherwise your likely to end up with a scuff/dint....
Room was compact, no problem with that.
Toilet cistern sounded like it was gunna come off wall everytime you sat down on wc.

The property was shabby and understaffed. Online questions were not answered. Parking was very tight. No drinking water was available in the room as there was apparently a problem with the roof water tanks. We were offered a mug of water to take to the room or we could pay for a bottle of water.

the room is clean; I had very little interaction with staff; we checked out at 4 am so I don't know anything about breakfast; restaurant food was fine.

Car park far to small & very cramped for the number of rooms. Had to park approx 5mins walk in road opposite, which is residential street & not very wide. Totally unsatisfactory. Bed/toilet was clean BUT pillows very hard & lumpy, rooms need redecoration badly. Bathrooms need refitting & modernising. Breakfast adequate.
