Absolutely lovely B&B

My spouse and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Samona B&B. The area is absolutely gorgeous, the hosts are so kind and thoughtful, the food amazing, and the lodging comfortable and clean. Sam and Fiona were very kind to us and we appreciate it so much. I would absolutely stay here again. It was peaceful and a perfect location for what we wanted to do around the area (mountain, beach, forest).

Great accommodation and lovely hosts.

Hi great breakfast and property was so lovely and the owners Fiona and Sam lovely couple so friendly anything wasn't a a problem to them the room Was really nice with stunning views they give us recommendations for a hotel in area which was so lovely to we will return again thanks once again and the hot tub was great to .

Peaceful B&B

Breakfast was very good, I especially enjoyed the sausages from a local butchers. Views all around were beautiful. Peaceful and quiet.
Room was cold at night time. Why on earth would anyone with an ensuite at the front of the house have the toilet beside a clear window? Had to keep the blind down at all times. It wouldn't take much to frost over the window.
Don't book if you want an early breakfast. We asked for breakfast at 8 am as we always do on holidays, never had a problem before. Said he'd do 8.30 am to save him getting up so early.

Beautiful Mournes

Stayed for 2 nights in order to go walking in the Mournes. Amazing hospitality by Sam and Fiona who were very welcoming. Samona is a beautiful place just out of the town which lends itself to be Very relaxing and quiet. Views to die for all round and very close to Silent Valley. Sam made a breakfast to March an Army on and it kept so going on the hills for hours. It was also very tasty. Would recommend.

Tranquility - saved the best until last …..

Amazing location, accommodation was clean and fresh - breakfast was awesome. Hosts were most welcoming and I loved the fact we were so close to the cows ❤️
Wish we had known about hot tub . Totally recommend this bed and breakfast purely for location - view and the mountains behind. Awesome. Traditional Irish breakfast was absolutely amazing - best throughout our trip - our last day of holiday - save the best until last .
