Peaceful Retreat

We stayed in the Foxy lodge which had 2 large bedrooms, both with ensuites. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and we had the best 4 nights of sleep we've had in a very long time.
The place itself is extremely peaceful and quiet, so if you're looking for somewhere to completely relax away from other people, then this lodge will be perfect for you.
The decking area with the the hot tub is where we spent most of our time during the day, listening to music and enjoying the view of the trees in the sunshine.
The kitchen, dining, living room area is spacious and gives you all the comforts of being at home.
The whole place was incredibly clean when we arrived.
Under £150 a night in early July is great value for money considering the size of the lodge.
This lodge is not within walking distance of local shops or pubs, so this is something to consider before booking, however this wasn't an issue for us as there are supermarkets within a 12 minute drive and we were happy to spend all of our time within the lodge.
We were very lucky with the weather and had no rain and 25 degrees sunshine every day, so this is something to consider when reading this review.
We would certainly consider rebooking again in the future.

Excellent, highly recommend

This is our 2nd time staying at Fee’s Lodges, again can’t find a fault at all and will highly recommend.
The Lodges are pristine , beautifully decorated and the welcome pack you receive is impressive
The rooms are immaculate
The location is beautiful and well maintained
And the cost to stay in one of these 3 beautiful lodges is well worth it and very reasonable
The area is so quiet and peaceful and the squirrels are so cute to watch while sat out on the decking or in the hot tub, which is checked every day TWICE!!!
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and love the coffee machine.
When we last stayed back in 2023 I contacted Fee and asked her what make the mattress was as it was so comfortable, she was very helpful and needless to say we purchased one just like it , so on this stay it was like home from home

Holiday in Elton

We had a lovely time in Elton. The lodge is really fantastic and we enjoyed the nature and squirrels. It was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. We will definitely come back!

Perfect for the golfers!

Lodge was lovely, clean and spacious. Provided all the essentials you needed such as tea, coffee sugar. All pans and kitchen utensils provided along with tea towels with a full working kitchen. Bath towels were also supplied. The towels for the hot tub were smaller but you had the robes to wear. Hot tub was super hot and relaxing. Located in the middle of the golf course meant you were unable to walk around. My partner enjoyed 5 hours of playing golf for an extra charge though. Perfect peaceful get away.

Elton Furze Retreats

Just returned from a truly wonderful stay in the two bedroomed Foxy Lodge. Everything was excellent and we hope to return very soon.
