Surrounded by Orchards, Mountains, and Kindness

Here’s a warm and polished review you could post:
Our stay at this beautiful agriturismo was truly unforgettable. We slept well, ate well, and were surrounded by incredible beauty everywhere we looked — from the charming home and peaceful pool to the orchards and mountains that surrounded the property.
Palmina and Emilio took such wonderful care of us during our stay. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, we were able to communicate through Google Translate, and their kindness and hospitality came through clearly.
Breakfast each morning was delicious and fresh: scrambled eggs, espresso, prosciutto, salami, and pastries with homemade orange marmalade made right at the agriturismo. Every detail felt thoughtful and authentic.
On our first night, we had the entire estate to ourselves, and the owner’s trust and generosity made the experience feel even more special. He provided wine glasses and a wine key so we could enjoy the bottle of wine, meats, and cheeses we had brought for dinner while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.
This was more than just a place to stay — it was an experience filled with warmth, beauty, rest, and genuine hospitality. We would absolutely return.

Nice place, but improveable organization

The average rating collected by this structure does not reflect what I found. I specify that I do not enjoy at all to give reviews even partially negative but I must point out: the structure is beautiful and well located in the middle of a beautiful valley but for a stay of only one night in period when the pool is not usable and emerge some negative elements. First it is not easy to find the structure because the navigator can not find it precisely. according to the organization is deficient perhaps because in low season and in any case breakfast is basically non-existent, the shower extremely cramped and with very slow water flow

An unwelcome experience

The hotel is in a nice setting and was clean if basic. What has let it down has been the terrible communication and a lack of friendliness and welcome
There was absolutely no communication prior to arrival despite us emailing to ask about details of check in and to advise of our expected arrival time
When we arrived ( having had some difficulties in finding the property) the hotel was like a ghost ship, with no one around. It took over an hour for someone to answer our phone calls and then we received a blunt WhatsApp message about how to get in.
We were expecting to be able to have dinner but were told to find a local restaurant.
We felt unwelcome and were glad to leave
The room itself was clean but dated and the shower was tiny and grubby ( on closer inspection)
Breakfast was basic
I don’t feel the hotel was worth what we paid for the night

Beautiful location

Fantastic experience, kindness, cleanliness, availability, courtesy. Nothing is missing, fantastic breakfast, beautiful pool, tranquility, super clean rooms, exceptional lunch/dinners. Congratulations to the owners (Luigi and Giuseppe) and managers (Emilio and Palmina) and their collaborators (Valeria and the other I do not remember the name).
