Unica pecca le scale, il resto ok
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b a giugno e in coppia. Le camere che ci sono state assegnate sono ‘Azzurra’ e ‘Smeraldo’ che non disponevano della vista mare ma erano comunque dotate di un piccolo terrazzino con tavolo e sedie. Tutto sommato le camere erano pulite, carine e colorate.. Ottima anche la vicinanza al mare. La colazione è sovvenzionata presso il lido vicino. Unica pecca le scale che bisogna percorrere per arrivare alle camere, scomode anche per portare su i bagagli. Ottimo anche il posto auto che ci è stato fornito. L’host è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

VOLETE UN CINQUE STELLE
I stayed at this property the two central weeks of August booking in February.Just arrived, not even time to put the suitcase, we were greeted by the lady who takes care of the reception acting on behalf of the owners who promptly asks for the most comfortable way to be able to settle our stay (without even seeing the room). As already reviewed by others we confirm that to access the rooms you have to climb numerous stairs along a dirty and smelly path. Just arrived in the rooms because previous we were explained that breakfast would be served in the room, we note that we did not even have a table to place what was prepared in the hallway (again we confirm what they wrote previously).
Breakfast is prepared in a small corridor adjacent to the rooms around 8:00 not even giving the opportunity to rest as you can hear the noise of the coffee machine and the voice of the people present, the refrigerator or rather cooler as they called it in the room are waiting for it since 2022 given the previous reviews because it still does not work! Rusted and broken clothesline in the terrace.
After having breakfast on the bed of the room and showing the pictures of the drying rack they brought us a coffee table and replaced the drying rack but other discussions then arose for the changes of towels and sheets that were changed on request after a week as August 15 was also a holiday for them. We are not talking about the bounce of responsibility between the various managers of the structure who accused us of wanting to stay in a five-star hotel because we are from Milan.
A real shame for all the managers of the various activities of Agropoli who have always proved friendly and kind.

Enviable location but quality below expectations
The apartment located on the ground floor disappointed our expectations, in particular the interiors are not well cared for (walls with several points visibly damaged), very disappointing bathroom (very narrow shower, aerator often not working and door not lockable) and also the cleanliness of the interior is very questionable (e.g. dishes and pillowcases). Unfortunately on the site we only found photos of the rooms on the upper floors, which however seem to us to be of a completely different quality. As for internal spaces, it would be advisable not to exceed 3 people. The house is located in an enviable position, with a splendid sunset that can be enjoyed from the private space in front of the house, so it could certainly be enhanced.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questo b&b ed alcune cose non ci sono piaciute. Innanzitutto le scale che portano alle camere sono maltenute e scomode; la camera che avevamo scelto era un’altra rispetto a quella assegnata in struttura; il bagno mansardato eccessivamente scomodo per le altezze; il frigo bar non era funzionante; asciugacapelli non dotato di adattatore; in bagno per tutta la durata del soggiorno ci è stato dato un solo rotolo di carta igienica; la camera era SISTEMATA, non PULITA.
Insomma se dovessimo ritornarci o consigliarlo per un soggiorno ad Agropoli, non sarà tenuto in considerazione.

Prenotazione cancellata all'improvviso
Premetto che in questa struttura ho solo prenotato due notti con largo anticipo, utilizzando un importante portale di prenotazione on line, e dando a garanzia come richiesto, i dati della mia carta di credito. Ieri improvvisamente la struttura mi ha cancellato la prenotazione con la scusa che i dati della carta di credito non sono corretti (la carta è perfettamente valida ed è memorizzata nel portale). Con poco successo ho provato ha chiamare la struttura (cellulare non raggiungibile) la quale mi ha poi risposto via mail adducendo ad alcune scuse, e dicendosi disponibile al pernottamento solo per altre date... è la prima volta che mi succede una cosa simile dal momento che ho sempre prenotato con regolarità sul portale molte strutture di bed e brekfast... ritengo pertanto da segnalare la struttura inaffidabile con le prenotazioni on line.
