We loved staying at this agriturismo. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was amazing! The only drawback was having to drive through bad dirt roads to get there. We only drove back once a day to avoid this road. We also learned that dinning there place is very nice. You should book in advance... Nevertheless, we preferred having the freedom to explore the surroundings until late in the afternoon and decided to dine elsewhere. We do recommend staying at Tarantola. ;-)

An experience that warms the heart: love, nature, and absolute quality.

We were here for my dad's birthday, together with my parents, and it was a wonderful gift. Arriving at this agriturismo, immersed in unspoiled nature and the silence of the countryside, is already a treat for the soul. The road, although a bit uncomfortable, leads you to a magical place where you can even hear the owls – a peace that is hard to find elsewhere.
What makes this place unique, however, are the people who run it. He is Sicilian, she is Bulgarian: a beautiful couple, united by a deep love and a shared dream of this business. Their sweetness, care, and attention towards the customer can be felt in every gesture. You can see that they do everything with immense love and rare dedication.
The cuisine is exceptional. The menu is very rich, from appetizers to main courses, all of the highest quality. A special mention goes to the management of food intolerances: suffering from celiac disease, they prepared the entire gluten-free menu for all of us, without anyone noticing any difference in taste. The gluten-free ravioli were spectacular! You can feel the owner's experience, who even holds courses dedicated to gluten-free baking.
We returned home with full hearts. Even though this time we did not stay in their rooms, it is clear that anyone who passes through here is treated like family. Thank you for your sensitivity, for the smile, and for making my father's birthday special. We will definitely return!

A wonderful experience

We can't recommend Tarantola highly enough. The fantastic food from Francesco to the wonderful service from Beckia and Filippo and the support and responsiveness with our host Fabrizio everything exceeded expectations.

Beautiful location with wonderful food and staff!

My wife and I spent just one night (sadly) at the end of August and the food, service, room and of course the grounds were wonderful. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

A corner of goodness and kindness that warms the heart

How wonderful! Not only do you eat great, but you really breathe a special atmosphere. The dishes are prepared with care and passion, and each bite tells the quality of the ingredients.
The owners are wonderful people: welcoming, smiling and always available, they made us feel pampered from beginning to end. It is rare to find such kindness and authenticity!
We can’t wait to get back, we really felt at home
