top for the Costa Smeralda
Village just renovated! Very comfortable rooms and bathroom. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The little private lounge before the entrance is very cute. Good restaurant, and the pizza is top-notch! It can certainly be improved regarding the cleanliness of the rooms... in a week the floor was never swept, but the changing of the bed sheets and the bathroom were done to perfection. It's a shame about the hotel beach, which is unusable because the water is horrible. However, shuttles are available to Baja Sardinia and Porto Sole, two wonderful beaches.

beyond all expectations
The property is renovated and elegant; from the pool to the restaurant, you can see careful management of the details. Shuttle service to nearby beaches is convenient and frequent. A compliment to all the staff for their professionalism and kindness. Thank you.

Very pleasant experience
We had a very good, complete experience at the hotel. All the facilities are welcoming and were very well maintained and nicely decorated.
Despite being full (there were no more rooms available) it never felt overcrowded and the operation of the pool and dining area worked perfectly.
All the staff were very friendly and responsive: reception, bar, etc.
Very good breakfast, with a special mention to the cappuccino the barista made... delicious.
Price/quality ratio, very good. I definitely recommend it and would happily return.

It's a pity not to have booked anything else.
Only the entrance area, the pool, and the bar are nice. The rest of the facility can best be described as sad. The rooms are renovated, but very small, some without a view (courtyard) and very cheaply furnished. The dining room is also half renovated, extremely cramped, and acoustically very loud. Additionally, both breakfast and the optionally booked dinner have nothing
!! to do with the otherwise great Italian cuisine. Here, savings are made wherever possible. The hotel beach is also obviously from the 1970s and is probably one of the ugliest on the entire island. The staff is very nice and attentive. We booked the week with a free rental car through Sonnenklar TV; it looked good in the TV clip and the overall price was also affordable.
