Excellent - super kind.

Excellent. They clarified the latest time for virtual check-in beforehand, and they called me to ensure that I had read the emails they sent me. Very kind and available tone. They allowed me to leave my suitcase after check-out and return later to pick it up. Excellent. Super.

The perfect room in the city center.

We had a good experience; the room is in a strategic area right in the center, just a stone's throw from the 'little window.' Clean room; the only downside was the warm minibar, everything else was fine. Very kind staff. Easy to find and self check-in.

The price/performance ratio is right. There is no reception, but this is very well compensated for via WhatsApp. Good communication!
The room itself is not particularly special. It has been relatively recently renovated, provides enough outlets, and the shower is large enough. All rooms are on the ground floor; we had a grate in front of the window. Central location.
