A beautiful week!

Excellent location to see the attractions of Cagliari, also within walking distance of the station, comfortable and very clean room, the receptionist Eleonora was very kind and even gave me some recommendations. I'll be back!

Recommended for those who love

Bad I entered having had the codes and I did not meet anyone except for telephone contact. Room dirty crumpled sheets and not very clean, dirty bedside table and dirty table as well as dust. Besides with cockroaches I sent the photos via whatsapp saying that I would leave and after about a week I am still waiting uselessly for the refund where I was also accused for being one who takes advantage to live without paying. Fortunately I found better. Courtesy and fairness from those who manage zero

Below expectations

We were in Cagliari in early January and were guests of this B&B. Upon arrival we found no one and no one answered the phone. Finally they send us the codes to enter around 5pm and we discover that our room was not ready. An embarrassed lady arrives to prepare the room very summarily and in the meantime we realize that the air conditioning wasn't working. Overall, everything was very poorly maintained, different tiles in the bathroom, very dated, bed with sinking mattress, in short, we certainly won't return there... it's a shame because the only positive note is in the city center under the arcades, 2 steps from the historic center and the parking. I advise owners to review a few things to improve

Excellent B&B

Very central area, nice and clean room. No reception staff. All via telephone... despite being in the heart of city traffic the room is well insulated. We will be back very soon.
Possibility of finding parking in front of the port.

No more than two nights!

In short, I would say that we were not very lucky with the arrangement of the rooms…
Let's start with the positive things which are certainly the top super location in the center of Cagliari facing the port, the girl at the reception Eleonora is worth 5 stars without any ifs or buts, friendly, polite, prepared, available, in short I could go on...
Unfortunately the room is not made for a stay longer than two days! There are many things, the first being the impossibility of opening the windows overlooking the inside of the shaft of the 6-storey building, therefore a dark room with the building's air conditioners all overhead! It was not possible to hang out wet towels or costumes on the ground floor of this room, there is a container for the disposal of glass therefore a lethal noise, there is no wardrobe in the room so everything in a suitcase under the bed! the keys to the door do not lock and call it a B&B too no because breakfast is not included! Value for money is not there!
