Great location with clean rooms and updated kitchen

Great B & B located right off the highway and one block from a Pullman bus service to Forli train station. The owner is a very nice lady and keeps the unit very clean and well stocked. The kitchen is new as well as most of the furniture. There are three bedrooms, a loft, and two bathrooms. It is a third story walkup and can get quite tiring if you come and go a lot.
About the immediate area around the B & B. Around the corner from the B&B is a small bar that also sells good gelato and cold beer. Down the street from the bar is the Arsenale Ristorante and Pizzeria. The Arsenale management allowed us to have a party with 15 friends for a renewal of our wedding vows for our 20th anniversary. They provided a great menu and serve good food from pizza to full dinner meals. Take a short, easy walk to Terra del Sole for shopping, places to eat and a castle that has tours available. We noticed several cyclists groups going through the city so it must be favorable to those that ride bikes.
My wife and I liked the B & B, the town and the area touring attractions and will probably return to this area of Italy. And if this B & B is available we will consider staying here again.

Owner not nice not pleasant not serene.
Pleasantly furnished apartment, without flickers.
Bathroom dated, but all working.
Effectively the property is located close to the road and this is not convenient for parking and entry.

Horrible cheeky owner Lica, she didn't respect privacy, the service for breakfast was the worst what I ever saw in Italy

Absolutely don't recommend it. Btw Mrs.Lica never gives the guests bills, so please don't support her black bussines!!! She is vulgar and low level person.she atacted me my husband and my parents in the morning before wedding that we used the kitchen- we paid full apartment, she touch our personal things, she didn't prepare the breakfast on time as she told and was 100x written in the apartment, she entrance always without knock the door many times a day. She is tricster

I would like to have the opportunity to reply, as I am the owner of the B&B and have a totally different version of the facts.
The three negative comments below are from the 3 members of the same family; they came for a weeding and left me completely astonished for their behaviour and dirtiness.
They left my B&B completely messed up. I had to spent an incredible amount of time and money to clean up everything (included paying a laundry service). I even took some photos as how they left the rooms. They had dinner and lunch, even if our structure is a bed and BREAKFAST, and not allowed to cook inside (I had told them that before!). They made me sick as I had even to pick up some CONDOMS (FULL OF SPERM AND NOT "CLOSED"!!!) around the room... DISGUSTING! (Love is nice...but education requires cleanliness!!!). At the end, they stole me a bottle of honey and one of coffee (both full) for breakfast. They vituperated me and threatened me. They reduced themselves the price agreed. I had to ask my daughter, which is a lawyer, to make a call to have my stuff back but still did not have any reply. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The appartment was very nice, but the owner a horrible person! If you dont want to have ruined vaccation, dont go there. She makes the stay very unpleasant and makes you feel like she is the prison guard, not host

Wonderful B and B

This B and B is as lovely as the pictures on its website. Very beautifully restored and decorated ancient structure with all modern amenities that you could want. Elegant and spotlessly clean, as with every place we stayed in Italy. We originally chose it for its excellent location to make trips in the area - visiting Faenza, Brisighella, Ravenna, San Marino easily. The immediate surroundings are scenic small hills. We had independent use of the excellent kitchen, with a nice variety of food supplied, taking into account our preferences. The owner, who lives in the building, is a lovely woman who gave us excellent advice about traveling about, other places to stay. Pizza Arsenale in Terra del Sole supplied us with several tasty meals. It was a real pleasure to stay here in every way. Highly recommended as a base in the province of Forli - Cesena.
