WONDERFUL HOLIDAY!!!!!!
Just everything perfect!!!
We stayed for two weeks at the residence and had a really good time!!!
Very clean residence, directly on the sea, perfect for a relaxing stay. The guys at reception always smiling, kind and available to solve any problem
Amazing breakfast
The residence every day, provides free, the beach towel!!!!
Although not cheap, an aperitif above the residence, it is only right to do so. HIGH is of devastating beauty!!!!!
Thank you again all the staff for the great Welcoming and for hosting us in a really top holiday!!!

Definitely not for animal lovers!!!
They charged us 25€ per day in the apartment for a dog, I understand at the end of the one-off stay for cleaning but per day it is really a theft!!

"We booked a two-room apartment at the Residence ALTAMAREA ***
Residence & Family Hotel Lungomare G. Deledda Cervia 48015 RA for three days and nights from 21 to 24 July 2025, for me, my wife, my daughter and my 8-month-old granddaughter. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
From the residence website, we had confirmation that our accommodation had a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. However, once we arrived, we found that the bathroom was not a standard but was used for disabled people, without a shower cubicle, bidet and with an unconventionally positioned toilet, difficult to use for people of not very tall stature.
I immediately requested a change of accommodation for a bathroom more functional to our needs, but the staff told us that the bathroom fell within their standards and that they could not offer us an alternative solution. The property manager also attempted to pass the responsibility on to us, stating that we should have specified our preferences when booking, despite the fact that it was clearly stated otherwise on the site.
Moreover, the proposal to compensate us with free access to the Spa of the structure, which however did not allow children under ten, was completely inadequate and not decisive.
After a further lack of adequate solutions from the residence, we decided to leave the property one day earlier than planned, on July 23. Their offer of a voucher equivalent to the day not enjoyed as a discount for a future stay was declined, as it did not mitigate our disappointment with the Processing received.
In conclusion, I can only express deep disappointment for the rude and unprofessional attitude of Residence Alta Marea, which made our short holiday an unpleasant and negative experience. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this property, given our experience and the Processing received OF INDIFFERENCE TO THE DISCOMFORT DUE TO THEIR STRUCTURE."

A pleasant experience
Good morning, I booked a stay at Altamarea from 22 to 28 May to take my mom, now elderly, to the sea.
Unfortunately yesterday she did not feel well and did not feel like leaving.
I yesterday that was Sunday I immediately phoned the structure to hear how to do it they advised me to write an email and ask for cancellation.
This morning at 8.00 I had the answer, cancellation of the stay without any penalty despite only 4 days left.
I want to thank the property for their understanding and professionalism.

Disastrous experience – absolutely to be avoided
I booked this hotel on Booking attracted by completely misleading descriptions. The pool, indicated as included, actually cost 20 euros per person per day... for only 2 hours of use! A real scam. When asked for clarification, the staff responded with arrogance and rudeness. The person claiming to be the manager showed up in slippers and a dirty T-shirt, while the girl at reception couldn't even find the reservation and looked completely disoriented.
None of the staff seemed in the least prepared to handle such an activity. Instead of trying to find a solution, they treated us with sufficiency and rudeness, even going so far as to insult us. The only “proposal” was to cancel the reservation.
Hotel absolutely to avoid: false information, incompetent and rude staff, and zero professionalism. One of the worst experiences ever in an accommodation facility.
