Feel at home!

Special thanks to the owners, who welcomed us with great warmth and made us feel pampered throughout our stay. Mena is an exceptional host: kind, caring, sunny and always attentive to every detail, able to make guests feel really at home.
The breakfast was great. The B&B is located in a strategic position, ideal for visiting the wonders of the area and fully enjoy the tranquility of the place.
We spent a weekend of pure relaxation. An experience that we will carry in our hearts and that we highly recommend!

We stayed here due to the proximity to Ninfa, it was pretty close, still a 20-30 minute drive. The wifi did not seem to work. Breakfast was good and the bed was the best we have had on our trip.

FUGA DALLA CAOS

What about... for a BeB in the countryside, it really has all the comforts, strategic geographical location, close to several places of interest and 50 minutes from the center of Rome, super welcome of Mena the perfect hostess, never intrusive.
We will recommend it to friends and family looking for relaxation and comfort in the countryside, without being too isolated from the world

Lovely place with a beautiful view, quiet and relaxing. We were divine. The breakfast was perfect.
Mrs. Mena was very kind.
Great value for money.
Nice idea of the pool.

So much peace, tranquility and kindness

My husband and I used this farmhouse for a two-day trip through some attractions in the Agroponto area. Quiet location, surrounded by the Lepini mountains. Pleasant and relaxing view. Mrs Filomena is very helpful and present. Recommended given its proximity to the Ninfa Gardens and Sermoneta
