Day Spa
My family and I stayed at the Sport Hotel Panorama SPA Resort, taking advantage of the Day SPA package which included breakfast and dinner. Fabulous experience.
Excellent service, with particular attention to customers, truly outstanding SPA; we enjoyed the heated indoor and outdoor pools with views of the nature of Paganella, the sauna area, and relaxing spaces with a beautiful garden as a backdrop.
The dining experience is generally good. Breakfast features a rich buffet with a wide selection of pastries, cakes, and yogurt.
Dinner is served at the table with a choice of 2 appetizers, 3 first courses, and 3 main courses, along with a small buffet of vegetables.
The desserts were also highly appreciated, especially the evening featuring Tyrolean strudels.
We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return to feel pampered in an extremely relaxing environment.

Day spa
We took the offer for a day to spend in the spa, using a room freely during the daytime hours (great idea). Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked on the day I arrived, and due to a misunderstanding, I could only access the pool area but not use the room; the owner apologized and offered us a complimentary package valid for an additional daytime entry, also providing us lunch during the day. Now, the hotel is beautiful, in a nice location, and has a splendid spa, which alone would be worth a visit. However, the kindness and, indeed, the graciousness of the owner
left a mark. I usually do not write reviews, but I wanted to highlight this rare form of politeness in today's world. And I would like to thank the owner again for this.

Dream weekend!
Fabulous experience at the Sport Hotel Panorama: super service, with special attention to customers, excellent spa, with a beautiful garden as a backdrop, excellent food quality, and impeccable cleanliness.

Quality is also attention to the customer
I have been in this resort for several years and I definitely consider it superior to the three stars that I awarded... Unfortunately, however, I believe that the attention to the customer is part of what is called the “quality” of the service that is offered.
As has been the case for several years in December, I used to spend the three days at the turn of December 8 in this structure, initially only with my family and later expanding to my sister’s family, precisely because I think it is an environment where you really feel good ... Despite this, this year I was not accepted the reservation because I did not reach the “minimum number of nights” required (probably as a result of the renovation), despite the availability of rooms. My request was for two nights, the minimum of the structure was instead, three nights, but unfortunately, for work commitments and school commitments from the girls I could not extend to the third night.
Now, I also have an independent business and I understand the motivations that lead to this type of choices, I also believe, however, that it is an area where this type of attention to the customer, especially if loyal, is something that makes a difference and denotes a higher level (also because we are talking about one night) and receive this treatment, I sincerely regretted it.
Too bad, because sometimes you really get lost in small things.
