Great place near the airport with INCREDIBLY nice host

Due to my error with the train system, I arrived very late with no taxis to be found. The host insisted that she pick me up at the train station. It's such a joy to find this kind of kindness anytime but especially when you are so stressed. The accommodations were squeaky clean with all sorts of thoughtful amenities. The only caveat is that there is no elevator and you must carry your luggage up the stairs. Next time I leave from this airport on an early flight, I will definitely be back.

“For me, absolutly perfect but some might want to be closer to town.”

Positives.
Daniela and Marco were most accommodating, helping with access, advice and tips on where to go and what to do. Room was massive and spotless with it's own allocated bathroom, smart TV, wifi etc. Breakfast was amazing. Quiet surroundings and free allocated parking space. Drinks and nibbles available on arrival was a nice touch.
Negatives.
Location is just a little off the beaten track, you need to drive to go out in the evening, but there are a number of decent Restaurants nearby and Daniela is happy to make recommendations and reservations for you. For me, the location was perfect, nice and quiet but close to the ferry port of Ancona, however some might find it too far out of town. It's a minor point.

Una piacevole sorpresa a Falconara Marittima

La penultima settimana di agosto siamo stati al Conventino 44; bellissimo BB, situato a Falconara Marittima a pochi chilometri da Senigallia;
siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall'ambiente, estremamente elegante ed accogliente, con grande cura nella scelta dei dettagli e delle finiture.
Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere i primi ospiti di un ambiente completamente ristrutturato; arredato con grande gusto dalla signora Daniele e da suo marito.
Pur essendo dei viaggiatori abituali, raramente abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza così calorosa e sincera.
Nonostante la grande quantità di prodotti alimentari messi a nostra disposizione ogni mattina la proprietaria insisteva per portarci prodotti tipici appena sfornati dalla pasticceria.
L'ambiente dove abbiamo soggiornato, all'interno di un antico convento con chiesa annessa, coniuga perfettamente il fascino dell'antico con le comodità di una struttura moderna.
L'unica cosa che ci ha lasciato perplessi è il prezzo troppo basso rispetto alla qualità del servizio offerto.
SUPERCONSIGLIATO .....non vediamo l'ora di tornarci

Un gioiello nascosto

Il "Conventino 44" è il posto giusto per partire all'esplorazione dell'interessantissimo entroterra marchigiano e di spiagge come quelle di Senigallia e del Conero (attraenti pure d'Inverno!), grazie alla prossimità delle principali vie di comunicazione stradali. Gli ambienti spaziosi, ben insonorizzati e pulitissimi, l'arredamento elegante, curato e funzionale, il letto matrimoniale comodissimo ci hanno offerto un soggiorno davvero confortevole e tanto riposo. La premurosissima proprietaria Daniela ci ha proposto colazioni abbondanti di profumati e deliziosi prodotti locali, scelti con amore. Chi vuole può darsi da fare nella cucina spaziosa e fornitissima; noi abbiamo approfittato delle dritte su ristoranti a Falconara Marittima e Senigallia. Ci si sta bene come a casa. Grazie!

Ottima location per godere della bella Falconara e i suoi lidi

Ottima e comodissima location attrezzata a due passi dalla bella Falconara e i suoi lidi. Grande professionalità ma soprattutto cordialità ed ospitalità assoluta. Grazie ancora Daniela e Marco, abbiamo trascorso due piacevolissime settimane
