Great location

The Guest House Cuor di Leone is located a few meters from the historic center of Favignana, easily reachable on foot. Mr. Ignazio is very kind and helpful. The room is livable; unfortunately, the bathroom is small and the spaces are really tight. Unfortunately, we found some neighbors who were not attentive to the regulations, and at night they did not let us sleep a wink.

Great location.

Great location. Very close to the center and under the house a supermarket. We found the rooms with the air conditioning on and therefore nice cool (great for the hot day we found). Rooms equipped with all amenities, even a mini fridge to keep drinks cool. Ignazio very friendly and helpful, made us leave our luggage to be able to move light while waiting to take the hydrofoil to return. I highly recommend it, I will definitely return.

Esperienza top

Posizione ottimale, a due passi dal centro e dal porto e a pochi metri da due supermercati. Camera molto carina, pulita, fornita di asciugamani e set per la doccia, con balcone esterno e aria condizionata. Proprietario disponibile e gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Buone potenzialità ma da migliorare

Mi unisco alle recensioni precedenti. La struttura è nuovissima e molto centrale, dotata di self check in e codici di ingresso. Purtroppo però ci sono alcune pecche che personalmente ho trovato piuttosto grosse. Innanzitutto gli spazi: la camera (matrimoniale) che ci è stata assegnata era davvero piccola, angusta per due persone, ma ancora più piccolo era il bagno, dotato di un mini lavandino, sprovvisto di finestra, di bidet (c'è il doccino sul wc) e anche di appendini sufficienti per due. Stesso discorso vale per gli arredi: il letto, seppur comodo, è costituito da una semplice rete con materasso, l'armadio è molto piccolo e sprovvisto di appendini, dunque riporre il contenuto di una valigia per due di una settimana è pressoché impossibile. La pulizia viene effettuata una volta a settimana, idem il cambio asciugamani, salvo diversi accordi con il proprietario e dietro pagamento di un supplemento. Il problema è che un cambio è già poco, inoltre, non essendoci una finestra, gli asciugamani non si asciugano ed è impossibile tenerli per più giorni così umidi...A proposito degli asciugamani, a noi ne sono capitati anche alcuni lisi e bucati.
In sostanza, le potenzialità ci sono e sono ottime, vanno però a mio giudizio necessariamente migliorati questi aspetti, soprattutto a fronte del corrispettivo richiesto.

Pensavo meglio

La posizione è ottima ma devo constatare un arredo fin troppo minimalista della stanza -una rete come letto, l'assenza di una cassettiera, il bagno di un paio di mq senza bidet-, la totale assenza di servizio - nei 5 gg di permanenza non è stata eseguita alcuna pulizia della camera e il cambio degli asciugamani è stato effettuato su richiesta - e l'impossibilità di asciugare costumi e asciugamani se non usufruendo di uno stendino in comune con altri ospiti nell'ingresso della struttura. Alla luce di quanto sopra il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è stato adeguato
