Recommended exclusively for those who love to feel really good.
Very beautiful, recent structure, renovation of a central building using quality local materials. Stylish rooms, enriched with local craft creations. Very comfortable spaces, the exteriors are looked after to perfection and in a context of taste, relaxation and true hospitality. The breakfast, excellent and plentiful, takes place on a terrace overlooking the entire Fermo countryside, with views for tens of km. Priceless. Parking, at cost, right in front of the structure. Elisa, hostess, impeccable and very familiar. I also recommend it for those traveling as a couple. A nest a stone's throw from the center. Not to be missed.

Entusiasmante esperienza!
2 giorni per fare Capodanno ,. accoglienza molto calorosa dalla proprietaria Elisa che fin da subito ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili e aiutato nelle scelte degli itinerari di visita . Struttura stupenda che mi ha incantata,fin dal profumo nei locali Interni. Camera matrimoniale pulitissima, bagno fantastico,box doccia ampio, asciugamani soffici, detergenti e creme bagno a disposizione clienti,fin lo spazzolino monouso! Vista terrazza meravigliosa peccato che siamo stati in inverno o avrei passato l'intera giornata in giardino dove ho intravisto anche una vasca idromassaggio . Brocca acqua per la notte e possibilita' di farsi un caffè a qualsiasi ora..colazione superlativa, decidendo dal giorno prima cosa scegliere..ed è dura veramente, tutto ottimo abbondante e ben presentato ! posizione centrale a poche centinaia di metri dal centro . È stata come una seconda luna di miele.. prezzo veramente incredibile per i servizi proposti.. posizione centrale , silenziosa parcheggio privato disponibile difronte. consigliatissimo anche per l'entusiasmo dei proprietari di gestire una Guest House appena ristrutturata...spero di tornarci con la bella stagione!

Abbiamo dormito 4 notti, la struttura è nuova, arredata con cura e molto buon gusto ed ogni particolare è stato studiato accuratamente.
Vengono forniti gli accappatoi ed il set di prodotti per il bagno è ricco ed attentamente selezionato.
La colazione può essere fatta all'interno o all'estero in terrazza, molto curata e con ampia scelta.
Il giardino piccolo ma curatissimo con vasca idromassaggio per una pausa defaticante.
Il parcheggio si trova proprio di fronte alla struttura.
Vengono forniti gli accappatoi ed il set di prodotti per il bagno è ricco ed attentamente selezionato.

Piacevole location ristrutturata da poco, gestita con particolare attenzione verso gli ospiti.
Causa il periodo di ferragosto, abbiamo occupato la sola stanza disponibile, piccola ma confortatevole, con bagno dotato di prodotti naturali.
All'interno della struttura a servizio degli ospiti, una zona soggiorno e un giardino esterno che sale fino ad un gradevole terrazzino panoramico fruibile per colazione o aperitivo.
Disponibilità di parcheggio auto di fronte alla struttura e vicinanza al centro del bel paese di Fermo, raggiungibile a piedi.
Da provare.
