Room and location perfect!
Easily accessible from all the main attractions of Florence on foot but also very close to the tram and railway stop (statute)

REALLY GOOD

Really gorgeous place very well connected with all parts of Florence. In hand, huge parking lots and the owner really friendly, kind and professional. The room was very well maintained and the quality of Service very high, the only shame unfortunately (we had been warned) the countless mosquitoes.

Just perfect

Unbeatable!
The place is fantastic. The rooms are large and clean. Location is just a walk away from city center. Air condition and TV with streaming services. Coffee and tea in the hall and in the room. Plus a well appreciated welcome box, free city map and real Italian welcoming by a super friendly host. Did I mention the great value for the money?!? WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN.

We were guests of the Resort del Roster 3 days The 'environment is very nice and is very clean.The owner very kind and helpful .. the property is located in a quiet location near a tram stop .. for us optimal stay to repeat .. SilviaR
