Everything perfect!

We stayed in one of the rooms available, great accommodation, very close to the airport and not far from the center. Very friendly and kind owner, great breakfast, see you next ☺️

The olive tree is the perfect combination of comfort, elegance and courtesy, so you can start your journey in the best way.
3 minutes from the airport, so convenient when you have to take the plane to Fiumicino.
Structure with attention to detail.
The starting point for all my journeys.

Immediately outside the B&B there is a MUST TRY trattoria, exceptional.

Nice B&B Near Airport

This is a nice B&B located right near the airport. We stayed one night from returning off a cruise out of Rome area. We took the train from Civitavecchia to the airport and then Ketty, the owner, picked us up and brought us back to her B&B. Ketty charges 10 euro to pick you up. We ate at an italian restaurant right across the street. Walked to the grocery store a couple blocks from her place. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast had nice options for a quick meal before heading to the airport that morning. We paid 20 euro the next morning for a taxi (Ketty had set up for us) to the airport. Very easy. Would recommend and do it again. Ketty very nice.

The perfect place to stay when leaving from Rome airport.

We stayed at L’Ulivo the night before an early flight from FCO. We wanted a BnB close to the airport so we chose L’Ulivo. So thankful we did because it couldn’t have been more perfect! The rooms and en suite bathrooms are newer, super comfortable, clean and bright. The breakfast buffet had many choices. There was something for everyone in our group of four. Ketty, the owner, is friendly and accommodating. We used her airport shuttle service ( only $10 ) when dropping off our rental car. I really can’t say enough good things about L’Ulivo. I will definitely stay there again and I plan on sharing this gem with my fellow travelers going through Rome.
