An Oct Experience

A good structure balcony spacious bathroom large clean services towels and daily cleaning, the only flaw anything in the room I mean in the fridge small water etc etc. etc. there must be price list and a notice that is for a fee, in my opinion a water from a euro and 50 is so much from a euro is more than fair since Emilia west shopping center in the canteen ok give it cold to a euro both sparkling and smooth the rest is ok air-conditioned and warm rooms.

Hotel located in a strategic point: a few kilometers from Maranello, less than 20 km from Modena, and at the entrance of the road that leads, after a short drive, to the Abetone highway.
Outside, if it were not for the sign on the roof and the bus shelter at the entrance, you would not notice the difference with a normal condominium: but the structure looks pretty well maintained.
The interior is very 80s: our room in particular is seems to have come out directly from those years, but everything was very clean, with one flaw: the toilet lacked the cable tie that certifies the cleanliness.
Pleasant surprise at breakfast: plentiful, with a fairly wide choice of products, and good quality; again a flaw: the absence in the buffet of fresh bread (at least I did not notice: maybe you need to ask the staff).
Very kind and helpful staff, always with a smile.
Very honest price.
A good choice for those visiting these places, for work or tourism,

Great facility, clean and quiet comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom. Professional staff courteous and very helpful.
Hearty breakfast and excellent quality. Recommended both for those traveling to visit the neighboring areas and for business travelers.

Great hotel in Formigine, Italy

We only stayed for 1 night but the staff were so friendly. The rooms are large and we had a balcony outside. The Bathrooms are huge as well and everything spotlessly clean. Very good continental breakfast the next morning. Would stay again.
