The room conditions were unacceptable: freezing cold water, filthy showers, and overall very poor hygiene standards.
To make things even worse, when I complained about the ice-cold showers, the receptionist became aggressive and insulted me instead of helping. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
After reading other reviews, it is clear many guests had the exact same problems. I honestly regret staying here and would never return in my life. Avoid this place if you care about safety, cleanliness, or basic respect.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Location certainly optimal for visiting the center and the 'aquarium, but in the alley next is a very infamous area! I spent a night there with the family and at 11 pm we were woken up by a strong quarrel about his broken bottles!
By the way, due to the rain the hotel was without power and it was not possible to take advantage of the discount at the parking lot. VERY COSTUMED THE HOTELIER, who invited us to the door after the complaint about the parking issue!
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN

We found the smell of moisture in the room and dirty towels with holes.
Dirty walls would just repaint!!!
They had promised breakfast at 5 euros in a nearby bar which was then not confirmed on the morning of departure.
Agreement with a parking space at the rate of 24 euros for the period of stay. In the end we paid 41 because you had to do at least 24 hours of rest, something never said! We left car 19 hours and not 24 and therefore full rate.
Only positive note the kindness of Mr. Beppe.

Despite these negative aspects, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the location was still convenient to reach the main points of interest. If you don't mind the noise and the particular area, you can consider this hotel as a good option. I recommend booking with these expectations!"
