Nightmare host
I state that the houses are rented by a man and a woman (sister). I refer to those managed by man.
We book well in advance, everything is ok. We talk a month before departure and he proposes to pay for everything, immediately, giving me the rental car for free. I call him 2 days before arrival and he tells me that the car is no longer available and that I need to make do with myself. Once we arrive, he tells us that he needs the house vacated 2 days before our departure and proposes that we move upstairs. The premises were that the apartments were similar. Once moved, we find a very dirty and very old house... imagine that a bedroom was without a window. Surviving for one night we ran away and went to a B&B. So, if you don’t want to “escape” don’t go to this character...simply a place to avoid!

Unqualified conduct
He cancelled my booking claiming that booking had not paid for his booking. And he invited me to book directly with him. It should be banned from all holiday portals. Stay away like the plague

BAD EXPERIENCE
It's a scam, we booked the apartment in March for September, paid the entire amount without the possibility of a refund and the evening before departure they told us that the apartment (booked and paid six months before) is not available. I would like to point out that I called ten days before departure and sent a message to communicate the arrival time and to arrange for the keys to be handed over, but he never responded. This structure should be removed from booking to avoid this unpleasant, to say the least, experience for other people.

Do not book this house
When we arrived he divided us into other apartments because he listed a series of problems and excuses, these apartments were very shabby and with handles coming off the doors. Being our first time on the island we entrusted ourselves to him for various activities and for scooter rental, never was a more wrong choice. We paid for 125cc scooters and we were given 50cc ones which were completely destroyed, seats fell off etc... he rented us a boat with petrol which guaranteed us a "peaceful" tour of the island and we found ourselves stuck in the middle of the sea having to be rescued by the coast guard. All this, in the meantime, he was logically unavailable. And finally he was supposed to refund us some money (for the scooters and the boat) but obviously he couldn't be found and stole our money. People like this ruin the experiences of a beautiful island like Lampedusa. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON!!!

highly not recommended
as per recent reviews made by other people, I have to confirm that it's all a soap opera... they make you book, they tell you they'll pick you up at the airport, they make you book on this property but they send you to the countryside..... on the day before arriving I call the structure to make sure that what I had read in the latest reviews is not true... no one answers, I send a text message and make it clear that if there were no rooms I would not have accepted to be moved to other structures, I call back and immediately a gentleman answers and even calls me rude because I called 3/4 times and it's not like he was the rude one who didn't answer... in the end he tells me that everything is ok and he would pick me up at the airport upon arrival and that I would have stayed in that facility and that the reviews were false... I arrived at the airport and there were no traces of this gentleman, I called the phone and it was disconnected and together with us also another couple we headed towards this baby... .we ring the bell and no one answers then we ring the door next door and the apparently very helpful mother opens the door but later turns out to be false, she tells us that the rooms are not ready, gives us the opportunity to change and invites us for a walk saying to return after 6.00pm which is strange but ok we return at 5.00pm because something didn't convince me and we find the son who tells us that there has been over booking and that he will take us to another facility so as I had read on the reviews but that we need a vehicle because it is outside the city.... obviously we complained and it was not accepted, fortunately we canceled the reservation without paying a penalty because it was his fault, this was only because I had already read negative reviews about it where they wrote that the other structures were in the countryside, disappointing, old and far from everything
