Convenient and cheap! perfect combo

My friend and I rented a room with 2 beds for one night for only 40 euros (even including breakfast which, however, we did not use for unimportant reasons).
Comfortable and cool room, perfect for a hot summer day; the staff (especially the very nice Mrs. Elena ) was extremely helpful and even allowed us to postpone both check-in and check-out given our evening spent partying .
The only flaw was the absence of towels to take a shower, but this is understandable given the very short period of stay.
We warmly thank Villa Serena for helping us spend the best of my friend's birthday!

Could be improved

I'll start by saying that the girl at the reception is very welcoming and kind, the location of the villa is extremely perfect, very close to the center and at the same time far from the confusion! Too bad for cleaning that is barely sufficient, a shower that floods the bathroom, without a bidet or a handheld sprayer!

A nightmare

The nightmare stay… or at least, if I had managed to have it!
We booked for two nights, but I didn't close my eyes in either one.
The first night: a constant flow of people returning after midnight, laughing loudly on the stairs. The walls are literally made of paper, so every single noise could be heard.
The second night (the one currently happening): it is past one in the morning and the staff member thought it would be a good idea to have a nice chat on a video call, obviously on speakerphone and at a very high volume.
Zero respect for the guests and zero sound insulation. A terrible stay. Highly discouraged!

Recommendation to everyone to absolutely avoid this structure without Staff without Services and especially without security. The last 4 days a nightmare came a Group of kids shouting were riding through the corridors on scooters late into the night. Management has done nothing to resolve this matter.

Weekend in famiglia

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole weekend soggiornando in questa struttura, che si trova in una posizione strategica, vicinissima sia al centro che alla spiaggia.
Il personale è cortese, disponibile e ti fa sentire come a casa, cibo ottimo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione, colazione e cena super abbondanti e hanno prestato attenzione al mio bimbo di 3 anni.
Camera pulita, spaziosa, dotata di clima che però non abbiamo utilizzato in quanto si stava freschi.
Sicuramente il prossimo anno ci torneremo per altri weekend!
