Some quiet time at “our” Villa Grazia…Lipari

We were delighted with our short (3 night) stay at Villa Grazia. It was a perfect location for a few lay days after a busy time in Rome and Naples. The overnight ferry from Napoli was excellent then an easy walk to the Villa…along the front then up a lane way. Great fun. Fabulous huge patio for a sundowner overlooking the bay. Gorgeous comfy decor…very cosy! Definitely everything we needed for self catering but the nearby restaurants were too tempting. Sylvia was a perfect hostess. She was willing to assist to make our stay perfetto! It was. Thanks very much for your hospitality. We’d love to think we may return sometime. Ciao

Comfortable residence!!

New apartment, clean and well furnished with very nice panoramic sea view terrace. Good location : port and center within easy walking distance; shame that, not having a car, the villa can only be reached along a narrow alley and all uphill (steep!) of which we were not aware! Low availability of the owners to change reservation / penalty 100%!

Quality life, rating 10!

Do you know relaxing on a magnificent island, made even more beautiful by a comfortable, clean and welcoming villa?
This is all of Villa Grazia.
Thanks to Ambra and her mother, super helpful and kind.
Fabulous location, 600 meters from the center and from the ferry or gozzi boarding point.
Absolutely recommended!

Bellissima villa con vista sul mare

Villa in ottima posizione, confortevole e con una vista bellissima sul mare e su Lipari. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili per il check in e check out. C’è un ampio giardino dove poter parcheggiare l’auto e un vialetto che dalla villa porta al mare.
Noi avevamo una barca al molo sotto la villa, quindi per noi il massimo della comodità.
Abbiamo soggiornato la seconda quindicina di agosto 2022 e, nonostante il caldo, non abbiamo avuto necessità di aria condizionata vista l’aria che circolava in tutto l’appartamento. Se dovessi tornare a Lipari lo sceglierei ad occhi chiusi. Le foto non rendono, meglio dal vivo. Consigliatissima

Vista mozzafiato

Villa Grazia è una casa incantevole! Ben curata, pulita, confortevole e arredata con molto gusto. Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento al piano superiore, molto spazioso e ventilato. Fiore all’occhiello è la terrazza vista mare fornita di arredi per godersi il panorama. Addormentarsi con la brezza del mare non ha prezzo! Ambra e la mamma sono persone squisite
