A corner of peace where you feel at home
We stayed at the Park Chalet Village in Livigno from June 29 to July 9 and can say we had a truly relaxing vacation.
The property is immersed in peace and quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect from the routine and enjoy the mountains. A special thanks goes to all the staff, always kind, smiling, and very professional, capable of making us feel welcome from the very first day.
We really appreciated the services dedicated to those traveling with their dog: you can perceive a real attention towards our four-legged friends, an aspect that made the difference for us. The bike room is also very convenient, ideal for safely storing our e-MTB after excursions.
The cleanliness of the chalet was impeccable, with daily tidying always accurate. Finally, a special note goes to the climate: while it was very hot in many areas, here we found a pleasant coolness that made the stay even more enjoyable.
An experience we recommend without hesitation to those looking for relaxation, nature, quality services, and a truly pet-friendly environment. We will definitely be back!

Overall Positive Experience during the Olympics.
We enjoyed 2 nights here during the Olympics and would have stayed longer if they could have accomodated us. The atmosphere is alpine rustic but a really great value. Pros: Comfortable beds, large bedrooms with ample storage, decent kitchenette, nice views over the city, quiet for sleeping, clean, spa tub, odd but interesting fireplace, built-in music system, affordable min-bar (who does that?), the best breakfast buffet of our trip in 3 hotels, beautiful dinning room with nice views, shuttle service to town a few times a day, easy walk down to town, friendly and accomodating staff. Cons: The Chalets are built into a hill and ours was 3 floors, our unit was downhill from reception and the dinning room. A lot of walking is and stair climbing is required. If you have any mobility issues, this isn't the place for you. To access the dinning room without walking outside, you go through a confusing maze of parking garages and hallways that could have better sinage. The Chalet had everything that we needed, but the shared hang-out space in the units are small. The TV remote instructions don't match what you need to do to get the TV on. We had to have staff show us, which would be unnesassary if the instructions were correct. FYIs: The walk from downtown to the hotel has a significant uphill. There are Ubers and taxis that are reasonably priced. Livigno doesn't normally see many Americans, and I don't suspect a lot of Brits. Don't expect staff to have perfect English and you won't be disappointed. Over all the pros outway the cons for a short stay.

In Paradise
Simply a fairy tale! We were in paradise 2 nights .. fabulous chalet!! nothing was missing comfortable beds, private spa, a familiar environment like a second home, and have a home cosi ..Personale very kind cleaning excellent car garage near the chalet without needing to leave struttura.Veramente lovely seems a nativity scene .. relaxing near the woods a peace .. all available . tv kitchen and comfort remarkable .. to try absolutely! 2 relaxing days and coccolati .. thanks for Everything: I greet Valentina even if I did not have the pleasure of knowing .. Many Greetings and thanks... I hope so much to return ..
