Kindness and comfort in nature
I stayed 9 nights in mid-July in this hotel, appreciating the offer received by email, which was satisfactory for quality / price ratio. Large room, with south terrace, comfortable bed and pillows, cleaning of each environment well executed and daily change of towels even if not required. The girls at reception friendly and helpful, as well as the waiters Rocco and Giuseppe and the manager Benjamin. Breakfast was very varied, between sweet and savory, with a choice of cold cuts including very good speck and cheese. There are classic packaged products such as jams, butter, honey, Nutella, yogurt, but also boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, various breads, good croissants, homemade dessert, fruit salad, as well as juices and hot drinks of your choice. I could also appreciate the dinner, with menus with a varied vegetable buffet, both raw and cooked. Usually a fixed first and a second, but with the possibility to choose an alternative that could sometimes replace the first or sometimes the second. Always present dessert, homemade, varied and delicious. I ate dishes in general simple and good, well cooked, with quality products. The portions are generous. I would like to make a note: one day the grilled steak was not very tender, perhaps a cut of meat not entirely suitable, but of good taste: I think more of people of a certain age. I would recommend using sharper knives. In the afternoon if you are in the hotel you can eat homemade cakes. There are also swimming pool and sauna that I personally did not use since I made long hikes returning for dinner. There are also table tennis, table football, billiards in a special room.
Useful the free guest card for transport The valley I really liked, it is surrounded by very high alpine mountains, on which remains traces of the glaciers, which unfortunately are very small or disappeared. Beautiful mountain pastures dotted with wonderful farms that recall the rural life of the past. Beautiful forests of larch and pine pine. Lots of streams, goats and cows. There is no confusion of tourists, many trails of varying levels of length and commitment. Worth coming here on holiday!!

The staff was very helpful. For ecample they allowed me to use the spa facilities on the day of my check-out after retunring from a trail running event although the check-out time already passed.

Positive notes: very kind and helpful staff no one excluded. Mr. Giorgio who runs the facility and 'superlative.
Rooms large and spotless but dated.
especially the bathroom with bathtub.. ours was chipped, toilet stuck between sink
And the tub itself.
Pool large but little heated. Sauna and steam room ok.
Sore notes alas
Very poor food service. Menu ‘without choice both first and second without alternatives. I must say, however, that there is the possibility of asking for a change in time.
Indescribable breakfast.. poor choice
All industrial products. Toast bread not present, hot milk nonexistent.
Sweet zero. Just croissant one guy.
Scarce cold cuts, bad quality fruit. Boiled eggs only.
Exaggerated price for wine half a liter of the house 15.00 euro .

Bella la Val Senales
We stayed at this hotel in early August. Friendly and helpful reception staff, special thanks to Giorgio who gave us valuable directions for our walks. Spacious, clean, well furnished and soundproofed rooms, no carpeting; in the bathroom not very comfortable the position of the toilet attached to the door. Bathrobe and sauna towel provided by the hotel. Spacious pool with enough sun loungers, for my taste the water was a bit cold, but I didn't give up relaxing swims after the morning walks. In the sauna and Turkish bath area you could add an herbal tea corner and relaxing music to make this area perfect. Great dinner, although it seemed strange to find a set menu, perhaps this choice is compatible with trying to avoid waste. At breakfast I would have liked to find more variety in desserts.
Included in the price also the travel card for public transport that justifies the tourist tax that seemed a bit high.

Optimal
Hotel with excellent value for money. Very clean. All the staff are very kind but the best is Mrs. Natascia who pampers all the customers. Strategic location close to the facilities and well supplied with a shuttle service. The landscape is superb.. to return in spring.
