Great location. Structure well cared for in the exterior. Spacious and very clean apartments. Mauro and his daughter clear delightful hosts. Very kind and helpful. Great breakfast with homemade cakes and Umbrian cold cuts.

Beautiful experience.
I stayed one night in this beautiful holiday home immersed in the countryside. Wonderful place, very
quiet and well maintained. The apartment I had was equipped with all comforts , a two-room apartment with kitchenette, sofa bed and bedroom with double and single bed. Excellent solution because a few km from both Lake Trasimeno and Perugia. Typical Umbrian breakfast , both sweet and savoury , with plenty of variety . The owner, a really nice person, available for every need and very professional. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in February one night in this cozy holiday home, immediately appreciating both the friendliness of the owner who entertained us with courtesy and professionalism, and the large internal parking, closed by a beautiful electric gate, whose opening key is delivered together with that of the room.
ROOM: size and cleanliness appropriate to the context, basic but well organized furniture, very comfortable bed, good soundproofing, efficient heating (thanks x for letting us find the room already heated on our arrival!), working TV; the bathroom is well sized, functional, good toiletries. WiFi functionality not verified because we did not find the login password in the room.
BREAKFAST: breakfast is served in a pleasant environment created next to the entrance gate, perfectly air-conditioned; good choice of both sweet (wider and more varied, with very inviting desserts), and savory (limited but sufficient), completed by yogurt and fruit juices.
OUTDOORS: very well organized outdoor areas, starting from the architecture of the buildings, passing through the care of the green, without excluding the large and well-demarcated parking areas (we were with car trolley and we had no problems for the arrangement). Too bad we could not take advantage of the large pool located at the back.
Very good value for money and overall to recommend for those who like to stay in a quiet and welcoming area

Too bad.
Cute place on a country road. A bit hidden the fork, without lighting the sign. All cute but poorly cared for. Breakfast not satisfactory (it was not allowed by the Owner to take coffee or cappuccino only choosing à la carte, prefer to choose the fixed price per person. Disappointing. Little accuracy , small pool and not suitable for children. The place is definitely quiet and peaceful.

Signori Paolo e Sara, questa è la terza recensione negativa che lasciate su tre canali diversi, avete creato un profilo ad hoc su questa piattaforma per scrivere proprio questa (si vede che è il primo contributo), peccato davvero, mi dispiace che la vostra vita sia tanto frustrante e povera di interessi da spingervi ad accanirvi così tanto nei confronti di persone che lavorano onestamente e chiedono che il valore del proprio lavoro venga riconosciuto!

Nice, but needs more care in cleaning
Very nice structure surrounded by greenery but still close to all essential services (supermarkets pharmacy perfumery) well-kept garden and auto.Pagamento required in advance even before entering the apartment. The studio (loft in the sleeping area and functional only to those who are no more than 1.65 cm tall -not indicated at the time of Reservation -with double bed- single mattresses) is functional and equipped with everything you need for a stay that allows you to use the 'kitchenette... . pity that... cleaning should be more thorough, both in the rooms and in the common areas (shelves and dusty stairs, washing the floors a little 'a volemose bene, failure to provide spare bags of waste collection managed impeccably with dedicated containers outside the structure). The apartment where I stayed, equipped with outdoor dining area, unfortunately was dimly lit
due to the malfunction of the loft dormer tent that despite the availability of the Owner who in those days found himself managing everything alone for lack of staff, did not allow me to take advantage of the brightness of the room. Well-equipped gym but unfortunately dirty, cobwebs everywhere and poor care of equipment that could be much more efficient with some minor maintenance. Possibility to use the barbecue, unfortunately not clean enough (in addition to having to remove the ash of those who used it previously I cooked and threw everything to the bucket for the bad taste because of the dirty grill and lack of tools to clean it).
Very nice pool, equipped but also not overly clean in the poolside.
