In Manciano to visit the Tuscan Maremma

First of all, the owners, Mrs. Diva and her son Riccardo, are always kind, helpful, and welcoming.
Hotel in a strategic location, rooms with everything you need: air conditioning, fridge, and safe. Large and comfortable bathroom.

Great location

Excellent location for the village of Manciano, family-run management, triple room converted to a very small quadruple, cleanliness not impeccable, it can be improved. The breakfast selection is very limited with simple croissants and two types of doughnuts, and the savory options are almost nonexistent. Being a three-star hotel, one cannot ask for more.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Surface management and freezing room.
​Booked through official website, but on arrival I discover that the room is in an external annex (not reported online). Old room, with strong musty smell and internal temperature of 12 degrees.
​When asked for heating, the owner refused to turn on the fancoils saying that "in May they are off" and inviting us to make do with the blankets. Result? Two nights in the cold and impossible to even take a shower.
​Total lack of "customer care". If you are looking for hospitality and minimum livability services, look elsewhere.

Hotel to recommend!

Hotel to recommend, cleanliness, comfort, wide spaces, bright, location, friendly staff, in short very welcoming throughout! It does not have a swimming pool or garden or other farm attractions such as homemade jams for breakfast, being also a hotel in the village that maintains attractive prices... great winning choice compared to many other offers! Also, kindness and attention from the owner, thanks for everything!
