Everything perfect
We stayed with friends to celebrate my 50th birthday we took all the rooms used the pool and ate in the great salon tuttonfantastico from the kindness of the owner to the pool to all the well-kept apartments well cleaned. Highly recommended place for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation. I hope to return soon to visit you.

Relaxing
Holiday with friends, lovely place, we happened in the flowering period of sunflowers, a wonder of nature. Well maintained and quiet place, close to several places to visit, ideal for recharging the batteries. We will be back as soon as possible

Tranquil and relaxing
location is excellent, in the middle of the hills of the Marche and close to the artistic town of Macerata (just 19min drive). Within range you can find all sorts of touristic and religious sites. The sea is 40drives away. A Must see in the area are the stunning Grotte di Frasassi (one of the biggest caves in Europe). Marche has a lot to offer for tourists of all ages, and this locaction fit well to reach many sites just within an hour drive.
It is a very peaceful and pleasant environment, just what we needed for our extended family of 18 (composed of various ages 1.5years to 70years). Each family had their own apartment, all fully equipped and with AC (which is a real asset as it can get really hot during summer).
Swimming pool is functional and refreshing, there is also a small one with jacuzzi. There is a small play ground for kids, you can play boules and foosball, have nice walks in the beautiful hills, enjoy stunning sunsets and sunrises. Wifi coverage is good and free.
Living just next door, the owners were great, very helpful and ready to act as soon as a request would be placed.
NB - this is not an hotel, it more of a complex with houses being rented (fully equipped, with kitchen, fridge, linen etc.). In the surrounding there are plenty of options to dine.

Great holidays at Silvia's house in Appignano
We have spent a wonderful almost 2 weeks at Villa Il Giardino deklu Ulivi in the summer of 2018. We were 5 families, 20 people with 10 children age 8-14.
This has a been a great time spent there, great place, great weather and great location.
We were looking for a house which is family friendly, good for kids, with outside pool and a location which is a little bit in the middle of nowhere, at least far away from large cities. Distance to the beach was not essential as were were travelling by cars so its been easy for us to drive anywhere.
Silvia has been a great host, very helpful with booking and pre-arrival arrangements and supporting basically online whenever needed. She lives very close so it was helpful with anything, even with buying very fresh tomatoes from their private garden.
House is great, separate entrances to each apartments, rooms very clear, all air-conditioned (important in this region during summer time). Lot of space outside to spend time with friends, a special pizza stone oven which seemed we were the first to use it for a long time :-)
I'd recommend to rent this house as a whole, max 20 people incl. kids which can sleep together in 1 or 2 apartments so adults can sleep in a master bedrooms. I'm not sure if renting just one app. and having other people is a good solution, but still privacy is OK
We will definitely come back to Silvia one day.

It was a great pleasure to stay
We were 14 Persons and had all appartments together and had a great time. The location was very clean and very beautyful. Silvia cares good for her guests. It´s a fine, quite place to relax and plan your routes to your places of interest...
