A great stay!

Truly had a great stay at the hotel. The location is great, only a 2min walk to the beach and also a comfortable positioning when you want some evening fun being super close to bars, clubs, restaurants, and other entertainment places. The atmosphere of the hotel was great, felt super welcoming from the whole staff, always friendly and ready to help when needed, polite and just great to be around such people. The rooms were clean, spacious and bright which was even better, only thing as a mini downside was the hair dryer that wasn't working the best but the problem was quickly solved when told to the staff. The limited parking was also a little bit of a problem but again we received help with their public parking spots near the hotel which again with a fee though was not more than the hotel one. The food was amazing both breakfast and dinner and we never felt like our options were limited, a great variety each day. On top of that even though the hotel is close to entertainment spots such as clubs, we were never disturbed during our sleep.
Per general it was an amazing trip and we are glad we picked said hotel and would love to come again!

It can be improved

The outdoor areas are very well-kept and beautiful, the hotel is also beautiful, the room is not bad, the balcony is a bit too small. Food definitely lacking for a 4-star, especially the fish, morning buffet without any labels on what you were eating.

An experience I will remember.

I stayed at the Balance hotel and I could not be more satisfied. Spacious, clean room with a breathtaking view.
The staff was always helpful and kind. The environment is very welcoming, bright, and the location is excellent, a few meters from the sea.
The *breakfast deserves a special mention*: an incredible variety, everything of quality and with a homemade touch that makes the difference. Truly PRAISEWORTHY.
A morning treat that makes you want to not leave.
You can see the care and passion they put into it.
I really didn't lack anything and I fully enjoyed my albeit short stay, but with the feeling and comfort of home.
Thank you for making my stay so special.

Nice hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights in June with my family. Overall atmosphere is very nice, it has a small garden and its nice to see some green, a small pool but well mantained and really free, nice restaurant. A few steps from the beach. They have parking in their courtyard accesible only by barrier, you need to reserve in advance as the spots are limited. Parking is extra cost - 12 euro/day. The spot they reserved for us was really tight and our car was big, so we could not use it, but they lady at the reception was very kind, she came into the parking and helped us find a better option. For the future i would recommend when people reserve a parking space that you ask about the car model so you can reserve a proper space. I other locations we stayed they did this. But i really appreciate that both ladies at the reception were very kind and tried their best to help us, also spoke a little with my daughter and even remembered her name the next day. Rooms are small but equiped with everything you might need. Triple room is actualy 2 rooms - in the first room you have the double bed and the bathroom and then a sharing door with another room with 1 single bed - no bathroom. But it was nice to have some privacy, it is a good ideea. Cleaning was proper. Bathroom was small but everything well mantained. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options and diversity, we really enjoyed it. Only minus is they had only 1 coffee machine and always a big line to get a cofffee. This could be improved. Overall very good quality for the price we paid.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation

A fantastic stay! The staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout our entire time. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is the delicious breakfast and the rich and varied dinner. The convenient location right near the beach and the on-site restaurant are also highly recommended. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return!
