Everything perfect!

We stayed at this wonderful property and were enchanted. The place is wonderful and we immediately noticed the cleanliness and attention to detail. The villa is equipped with every comfort. From the pool area with sun loungers to various types of games, to the tavern where there is a wood oven and 2 barbecues. But what really left us amazed is the immense courtesy and hospitality of the owners. We really felt super pampered! TO GO BACK ABSOLUTELY!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!❤️

stayed here for 14 nights, rooms were comfortable, tidy and well kept. the rooms are in the attic, so has low ceilings, but who stays in rooms when on holiday. perfect location as was close to family and close to salerno, amalfi, naples and other beautiful places. the family who ran the place were friendly, helpful cannot fault them and Antonio pizza were to die for. the pool and outside area were beautiful. my family of 7 stayed(3 teenagers and a 4 year old) we had lots of fun in pool etc. beautiful villages close by with good shops and restaurants. A GREAT STAY.

Soggiorno IMPECCABILE

Abbiamo scelto questa splendida struttura per organizzare un evento tra amici. Ci siamo divertiti tantissimo. La struttura è dotata di tutti i possibili confort, non mi aspettavo una cosa simile. è stato tutto perfetto!
abbiamo organizzato una grigliata, abbiamo ballato e cantato(perché la struttura è dotata di casse grandi pe microfoni) senza disturbare nessun ed essere disturbati.
Il giardino è bellissimo, la piscina ancora di più. Vincenzo il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. grazie davvero per tutto. ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Non ci tornerei nonostante tutto

Siamo state in questa struttura per un addio al nubilato. Dalle foto rende meglio, sicuramente forse non era la location adatta a quel che cercavamo ma il fatto di condividere l’ambiente con i proprietari toglie un po’ di privacy anche se sono molto gentili e riservati. In ogni caso la struttura offre tutto quello che si vede dalle foto, le camere sopra sono spaziose e c’è anche un bel terrazzino. La villetta Si trova in montagna, nel verde. Insomma, non so se la consigliere per un evento del genere probabilmente no, per altro invece si puo’ valutare.

La struttura si presenta in pessime condizioni di manutenzione. Addirittura abbiamo rinvenuto feci di cani sulle scale poste all ingresso della villa. La camera assegnata posta al terzo piano è stata ricavata da un sottotetto non ad uso abitativo..l altezza media della camera variava da 2 metri a 1 metro e 40 , il finestrino di 40x40 cm risultava del tutto insufficiente ad arieggiare l ambiente, in violazione delle normative di riferimento. Il televisore nn funzionava, il congelatore pieno di ghiaccio e la camera nn era dotata di un condizionatore. I Mobili presenti risultavano sgangherati ed il pessimo stato di manutenzione. La promessa colazione a buffet era costituita da marmellatine confezionate e merendine pre confezionate..abbiamo rinvenuto confezioni di biscotti aperti dagli ospiti precedenti. Il terrazzino pieno di escrementi di eccellenza si presentava cn pavimentazione in parte diventa. Un vero salasso pagare 100 euro per notte per una stamberga del genere dove ho battuto la testa più volte contro il soffitto basso. PER Aprire il finestrino del bagno mi sn dovuta infinocchiare a terra a causa della scarsa altezza del soffitto. Unica nota positiva la piscina.
