Beautiful property good value for money and top service.

Quiet place to stay in Naples a stone's throw from the seafront and Piazza Plebiscito then in the center, excellent cleanliness comfortable beds well ventilated and bright rooms, non-existent noise good breakfast and not least friendliness kindness and helpfulness of the girls receptionists, ready to give advice on how to move around the city and other required, to recommend and to return in future trips to Naples, congratulations.-

Very nice but...

Ancient building near the seafront whose entrance, through a dilapidated door, is uncomfortable for those with motor problems. The room where we stayed is very large and spacious, with two very nice skylights that, together with the frescoes on the ceiling, make the room special, the place is clean and tidy, the only big flaw is the bathroom: uncomfortable, because to get in you have to go down the steps and really small, especially in proportion to the rest of the room, so much so that you have room to barely put your toothbrush. Since there is plenty of space in the rest of the room adding a table near the bathroom access would not be bad.

I do not recommend

The rooms are apparently nice, but then:
They're very badly furnished, they're dirty
My bed was just a bed base with a mattress and a scary dirty bedspread in a huge room where they could put a king bed. Dirty bathroom without shelves or cabinets where to place bath kits.
B&b with great untapped potential

It could be better....

The location of the B & B is great... a moment from the seafront and with many nice places to eat.
Rooms very spacious but basic in decor. I was looking for a glass x water and there wasn't. Clean room but then opening the bathroom drawers I found various hair... And the crooked crutches left by guests in the closets could also be thrown away...
Basic breakfast but ok!

(almost) perfect

1 star for every favorable point of this beautiful B&B:
1°) The area is the same as the big luxury hotels, in a few steps you will be in via Partenope and then on the Caracciolo promenade. You will be spoiled for choice for dinner, but I recommend you to stay grounded and go to Sorbillo (a guarantee) or Salvo Riviera (a pleasant discovery). Any clubs that promise you quality at the right price are poor, then you might as well get screwed ... er... SERVE by the waiters of the great restaurants in via Partenope.
2°) The room is very large, very clean and...very quiet! Trust me, after all day walking hearing horns and mopeds you will appreciate the silence of this eighteenth-century building with walls so thick that it does not take the cellphone.
3°) The cleaning service, the courtesy kit and the WiFi are up to a big hotel. There will be no concierge service and you do not have a reception, but you will have the keys and you can move independently.
4°) Back to the position: in a few minutes you can reach: Pizzo Falcone, Piazza del Plebiscito, Galleria Umberto I and Via Toledo. To reach the station, bus 151 passes a few meters from the B&B.
We could not give the fifth star for breakfast: little choice and little space to make it. To improve to get 5 stars!
