I absolutely loved this place. It is in an old building, authentic Italian style with a courtyard and a concierge downstairs, not particularly easy to find, on the third floor with a quirky elevator. But the staff was so helpful and friendly. The place is clean and breakfast was excellent. The location seems a little off the main path, but turned out to be great. It is just one block away from the waterfront. Although there were several great public transportation options just a block away, even with my room in the front of the hotel it was quiet. It felt like I had a safe, clean, friendly home while I was in Naples.

Structure and services rejected in full , staff promoted well

Recommended by friends we booked confidently. Nothing could be further from the expectations: tastefully furnished room, very uncomfortable spring mattress, pillows I think antiques from the tough they were. The 70s-type bathroom, shower with black stripes on the door slides, broken shower rod and the shower blocked I think by wear. Even the cleaning leaves something to be desired, for two days on the sink we found the deposits of the day before .The breakfast rich in quantity but very poor in quality, for the toast there was no ham but mortadella or salami, croissants to let go, long-life milk .... In short , completely dissatisfied with the structure and services. The staff , all the boys , who are very nice , helpful , polite , are pleasantly confronted . The location is great , close to the seafront, quiet area , walking you get comfortably in the old town and the best tourist areas .

Beautiful

Beautiful room, warm, cozy and above all clean, friendly staff, breakfast there was everything. Should I return to Naples I already know where to stay, I recommend it because it is exceptional

Visit Naples

Returning from vacation we always make a stop in Naples, this year we chose Palazzo Chiatamone, very nice and cared for 2 flaws however, the lack of bidet towels is breakfast, I state that it was well stocked with sweet and savory, the croissants were from the day before is not appreciated. Dear those who welcomed us, we will definitely return and recommend it
