Great experience I recommend it x many reasons: Ms. Giulia is very kind and helpful, modern and spotless room and bathroom, to appreciate the presence of a full kitchen nothing is missing. Great location in the center and easy parking

NEVER SEEN A PLACE SO DIRTY
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE as a couple with a small girl, in this very dirty and neglected b&b. Dusty room, musty smell, under the bed and above the closet was practically never cleaned, sheets patched up... But the worst part is when I get up in the morning to make coffee. In the coffee machine, after drinking it, I realize there was slime. I felt terrible, I had to call the authorities and never even received an apology from the owner. STAY AWAY, DISPASSIONATE COUNCIL

we made a quick overnight stay, very simple and welcoming, clean and pretty, the owner is very kind and helpful. in the center of Nova Siri Marina a stone's throw from everything, by bike wanting to reach the sea, highly recommend

Very bad.
Prelude... should be an introduction to something; in our case it was the introduction to a nightmare.... we stayed in room 3 with the bathroom in the room so far everything was fine.... we came here in the middle of August, me, my 4 year old son and my pregnant partner 4 months in a week in which it was more than 30 degrees outside, well we had this temperature in the room for 3 days, sweating at night and during the day. The first evening we turned on the air conditioner, convinced we would find relief, which didn't happen even though we set it to the lowest temperature, the latter didn't do its job and it also started dripping. The owner was informed. The next day the technician sent us. When we returned to the room, thinking that everything had been resolved, we turned it back on and again the climate only blew out air. We notified her again and she insisted that the technician had been there and implied that we were unable to make it work. Given the owner's obvious reticence to convince herself that the climate wasn't working at that point, we asked her for a fan which we found when we returned from the sea turned on but it only circulated hot air. We spent another night struggling. The following day, when I tried to turn it on again, the climate control started making a metallic noise and spitting out layers of ice. At this point I sent her an audio telling her that either she would change rooms or we would leave wanting a refund for the last two days we would be staying. At that point, convinced that the climate wasn't working, after several days she changed our room. And it worked there. She didn't bother to change the sheets in the new room so we found hair on the sheets and stains (in that room there was a couple with a child) so we slept on the bed putting towels on the bed. In all my travels and I traveled around quite a bit due to my work, a similar situation had never happened to me. The only positive note is that she did her best to solve everything with solutions that we indicated to her but always in an extremely annoyed and pedantic manner, making it clear that we were the ones who didn't know how to use the climate. Here, the only thing that stands out is that we don't knowing how to handle a baby. Avoid if you can.

Palazzo fatiscente. Casa vecchia e maldestramente arrangiata per prestarsi a b&b. Bagno ristrutturato in economia, senza bidet e lavabo lesionato. Arredi di tipo economico (vedi linea basic Ikea), biancheria pulita e discreta. Infissi nuovi con persiana elettrica e tenda oscurante. Porta di ingresso della camera no comment..! Muri sporchi e degradati. Ottima la scelta del ticket per la colazione. Costo per una notte: € 78.. ai posteri le valutazioni. Per me, che progetto strutture ricettive, consiglierei di rivedere almeno il prezzo, se quello che offro è questo scenario
