Great care for the customer

Casa Lucia is well cared for, you see that the owner has a strong attention to the customer. The room is very clean and many useful things are made available for those staying: fridge in the room, water, cutlery, glasses, terrace with exclusive area and drying rack. The lack of breakfast is a flaw but the stay was really great.

Excellent

Our overnight stay at this property lasted two weeks and we enjoyed it very much. We thank the owners Lucia and Gian Paolo, who were very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A few steps from the property there are services of all kinds and the bus stop. Public parking is available on site. Recommended.

Excellent stay

We stayed in the property for 10 days, excellent location to stay out of the chaos of the center, reachable with a short walk. Excellent cleaning.
The owners Lucia and Gian Paolo were very kind, they treated us like children, always attentive to every need.
Highly recommended.

Perfect

We stayed here for one night after we arrived into Olbia too late to drive over to Alghero. 10 minute drive from the airport and we parked next to the hotel. Very pleasant and professional owners who checked us in and showed us to the room that was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well laid out. We had the breakfast included in the the booking a short walk from the hotel at a cafe which consisted of coffee and pastries. Would recommend the hotel if your looking for a few nights in Olbia.

Good B&B, and good value for the money!

Positive :
- Nice owners
- Good-sized room, brand new private bathroom
- Very clean, with towels/shampoo like in an hotel
- Outdoor terrace/balcony for smokers
- Fast WiFi (xDSL minimum, maybe optical fiber [there are fiber racks in the street])
- 15 minutes walk to city center
Neutral :
- Breakfast is coffee + pastry in a nearby Café (not really B&B style but we knew it and didn't care)
- You hear people coming in and out and Italian people may speak loud in the corridors.
Negative :
- Single glass (some noise from the main street as it's a busy one), it may be possible to have a room with windows on the other side of the building.
Conclusion :
- Except if you're allergic to any kind of noises and want a very quite place, it's a very good B&B and I recommend it.
