A great guest - house
We really enjoyed this stay. We had a good time, good value for money. Perfect cleanliness and bathroom very large and functional. Change of sheets and towels always on time. Mini bar in the two rooms, air conditioning and television. Large terrace with panoramic views. Absolute privacy, because it's on the top floor. Check - in quite easy and also the system of opening the doors on the mobile phone, once understood the operation, which was explained to us perfectly on the phone by the owner, turned out very convenient. For every problem the owner, through the mobile, is always present. But we didn't have any problems.
The location is great for visiting the beaches of the Emerald Coast and those of San Teodoro and in the evening go downtown (by car) to enjoy an aperitif or dinner in the many restaurants of Olbia, which has a beautiful old town and a very nice port.

Great experience!
I stayed in one of the accommodations of this comfortable building for work and I really enjoyed it! The room was spacious, clean, new, nicely decorated. The courtesy and helpfulness of Antonio did not go unnoticed! Highly Recommendation!

Tour Sardinia by motorbike
Very well organized guest house. Motorcycle travelers we were able to take advantage of early check-in, motorbike parking and a beautiful, spacious and clean room. The owner is a kind and helpful person. Access via smartphone. Definitely recommended

RUDE OWNER BEWARE
I had a really bad experience with this place. The owner was super rude and I can't recommend it to anyone.
So, I booked a room and asked if they could store one or 2 days before my arrival my dialysis liquid for me. They said yes, no problem. I organised all And liquids was ready to sent, I sent them all the details and my doctor's letters ( to confirm is a medicine not uknow substances), they changed their minds and said they didn't want to store my medicine. It was too late for me to reorganize the delivery of my medicine, so I had to cancel my whole holiday. And the owner didn't even care. No empathy at all.
BTW that was only 5 box's of liquids.

Clean rooms, challenging to find the place
The hotel is conveniently located if arriving late to Olbia and wanting to travel to the west. It's only 5-10 min drive from the airport and close to the main roads to the west. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, we also had a nice balcony.
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel. There is a sign on the road, which states accommodation / rooms, but the name Piazzetta is not visible on the sign. Since the building is actually a apartment building and the guesthouse only occupies one of the floors, it can easily be a bit confusing. At the doorway (when you find it) there is a sign stating Guesthouse Piazzetta.
Check in is via a mobile phone. Even though the instructions were good, we had some challenges to open the door. Maybe it was because of our mobile phone or we did not understand the instructions. In any case, Antonio was friendly and helped us also later in the evening when we returned from our dinner and the mobile app did not respond to our tries to open the door. You can pay the room at the cafe on the street level (if the cafe is open) or by credit card. This needs to be agreed with Antonio beforehand.
Giving only 3 stars, because of the challenges to open the door, although I acknowledge it could be our own fault that we just did not understand how to operate the application. Otherwise as said, the room was good, the location was perfect for us for a one night stay (and there is also a very nice pizzeria just 100 meters from the hotel).
