Perfect

Very convenient and welcoming location, spacious room complete with every comfort, rich breakfast buffet, and very polite and helpful staff. We will definitely return.

First time at Nyers

It is a small hotel with fifteen rooms on the outskirts of Perugia, rather recent or renovated and well maintained. We enjoyed the cleanliness and modern decor (no upholstery or heavy fabrics) that always make it tidy and bright. We saw that the managers Luca and Stefano received awards for hospitality. The hotel has a small internal parking but still the area is very quiet and there is room for the car as well on the front. At the back there is a green area that contributes to the well-being of guests. Probably not suitable for non-walking guests as there is no lift and the hotel is spread over 3 levels. Breakfast included in the room price, quite assorted with standard and packaged foods + cold cuts and cheeses. I suggest adding a toaster and some fresh fruit.

Recommended

It has all the essential features for a good stay:
Excellent cleaning of room and bathroom
Having stayed overnight in the middle of winter, great heating, hot room and hot water in the bathroom at any time (seems obvious, but is not for everyone)
Good breakfast and if you have intolerances, tell the owners who will make sure to accommodate you.
Friendly and helpful owners
Quiet location and possibility of free parking.
If you don't have too many demands, it's the place!

Three days really ok!

Two nights in mid-October. Super owner, value for money hyper! We will definitely return, for tourism in the small beautiful towns of the area.

Very recommended

Small hotel located in a quiet suburban area of Perugia, close enough to the minimatro parking (you always need the car). Parking under the hotel. Room and bathroom of right size and always clean. Breakfast buffet really good and plentiful with sweet and savory. Very affordable price..... what more do you want? I forgot the two owners, of few words but very concrete and always committed to guarantee guests the best stay
